The man at the front desk is so Incredibly rude. He literally drove me to walk out before I even got to check in or anything for my appointment. I recommend everyone take a short walk down the block and go to the Fingerprinting spot at 617 olive on the 8th floor. Much nicer.
Wonderful experience, made an appointment online and came in half an hour early. Was greeted very professionally and attended to quickly. The gentleman that helped me out was very lovely!
Fast service, came here during my work hours. Live scan took no more than 3 mins. Walked back to my job a few blocks away.
Notarization and fingerprinting was super quick, and service was very professional Thank you much.
Went on Feb. 7th 2020 as part of a New Mandate from My Employer to Fingerprint Me to be able to Work for Government Projects.😣 Ruben was the Coolest Dude Ever. 😁 Very Attentive & Polite. The Guy inside doing the Fingerprinting was very patient with me as doing that on the computer is no easy task.🙄 Theyre True USA Patriots in this office.🇱🇷 Wouldnt Mind Coming Back Here again. Very Pleasant Experience. 😎✌️
Heinous customer service. Was not able to obtain what I needed because I didn’t look like my drivers license picture, and my signature didn’t match? In fact he called another employee to come and verify if it was me or not. Absurd experience. Taking my business elsewhere, I do not recommend
I recently used the photography services of A1 Live Scan Fingerprinting & Notary, for Netherlands Schengen Visa application. My photos got rejected due to low contrast and too many hot spots over face due lighting.I also got attitude from the person who was helping me, because I asked for additional digital copy of my photo after the shooting. Although he delivered the images but was definitely mean behavior.Nonetheless I have nothing positive to say about this business, because my photos got rejected, I got rude attitude, and I paid 20 bucks for a service that didnt serve me at all.I absolutely do not recommend for photo services
Great fast serviceRuben was very patient and answer all my questions
Unfortunately I have super sweaty hands and had to send my fingerprints out of state for my professional license. I took my prints with another office but they ended up being rejected. I should have know when the fingerprint ink would not stick to my fingers due to my clammy hands that I would have issues.I had read online that these guys had ways of getting my prints in spite of sweating hands. These guys were legit - they used an FBI Computer to capture my fingerprints and printed out my personal information and fingerprints directly onto the cards with no messy ink. They also had a fan at their stations that helped to dry my hands.I would definitely use them again.
Triple checked with both staff members present during my visit to take Canadian Passport photos that they were okay and will process. Photos were rejected and now I do not have enough time to resubmit before my flight. Have to cancel my case and have all my documents expressed mailed back to me to apply for an emergency passport in person. This whole process puts me out by 260$ (10 year passport application from USA) + 45$ (lost passport fee) + $42 (USPS delivery to Canada), and I still dont have a passport. Only word I received from this studio was that they can take my photos for free. Absolutely horrendous.
Went early on Saturday, when it opens, and was out in about 5 min. Very convenient and professional.
Went for a live scan was out in 20 minutes. My Husband made a mistake and wrote a wrong social, so we had to go back and do the paper work again. The guy that helped us was super nice and helpfull he provided exceptional customer service.
Horrible costumer service, rude staff and prices are not what they say. I came in for a personal review background check and they charged me $55. five dollars more from other places. for no reason. Please DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.
Came here 06/19/2018 around 2 ish. Called beforehand to ask if I can get a document notarized and when I walked in I was able to get my document notarized in less than 5 minutes. If you want to get your document notarized due to apostile this is definitely the place to go ( instead of a ups store) since this place knows what they are doing. Very fast efficient and excellent customer service! Thank you
I had to have a live scan done but couldnt afford to spend more than 30 mins. I arrived at 10 am and left the place by 10:10 am. Before I went I phoned them to ask what I would need, the guy was straight to the point. When signing in the clerk was so straight to the point with his questions that I felt he was not as welcoming bit then in the process I realized the same guy answers the phones, receives incoming people and on top of that he did the entire live scan! When I read the reviews I was hesitant to go there but that was my nearest service and could waist time for driving further. He (the guy at the front of the office) gets the job done and explains to you all the info you need.
The manager here is amazing, made a very stressed out citizen feel at ease with everything under control. It took me all of 15 minutes to get all fingerprinting done - leaving feeling a whole lot calmer than I felt walking in. 100% recommend this place.
I went in and was greeted and helped professionally initially. I had a bad experience in the back when was being fingerprinted for my live scan. I called the office after I left to talk to the initial person who helped me. I referred to him as the Indian Gentleman because there were 3 men in the office. I did not use it as a racial slur but to describe which individual I wanted to talk to. I was speaking to him and he started yelling at me that he was offended that I referred to his ethnicity. Then I told him that I was uncomfortable about what the two said about my fingerprints and that they were bad and might get kicked back he used oil on them to darken so I asked the Indian gentleman if the two knew they were not reading why couldnt he use more oil to insure they were read and arent they responsible to make sure they are registered? He started yelling at me again and insisted I tell him my name. Im like Im asking a valid question I wasnt yelling at him but ASKING a question about a service that was just performed so I can get a job. I hung up on the guy who felt insulted. I asked the security guy downstairs of their office building who the owner was because I wanted to contact the owner. It turns out the owner is who yelled at me. So so promised I wrote this review because all I did was ASK A QUESTION POLITELY abour a service they perf6and was YELLED at!
If I could leave 0 stars I would, awful customer service, extremely rude workers, I’d rather pay double literally anywhere else
Fantastic! First-rate! Other superlatives! I went in for a passport photo without an appointment and walked out within fifteen minutes. Nice guys who know what theyre doing.
I made an online appointment and showed up 5 mins before the time. There’s a sign in sheet at the front. The notary was chit chatting with a couple of customers, which was no biggie since I came early. 5 mins after my appointment, I asked if I came at a bad time (I might have misunderstood the appointment). 20 mins later I was finally seen.customers time us mot valuable here go to suite 617, just 2 buildings down. There’s a reason they have 5 stars.
Very clean place. Professional service. Bring cash to avoid paying extra fees.
Only bad thing was parking bc lot across the street was closed. Made it inside excellent customer service was helped quickly wasnt in longer them 10min
Rude staff and very unprofessional. Avoid going to this place if you are a professional and looking for a professional service. I did not see one professional/decent person working at this facility!
Service is not the greatest. They are not too quick and overbooking to try to get a every single person in. A bit understaffed to say the least. They will cheatgrass $15 for each copy even if its the same letter. The notary wants to charge $15 on a document to change the date. Most shrewd and greedy team to say the least. They also charge a whopping 5% for credit card transactions. Save yourself the money and go anywhere else.
Perfect downtown location to get quick, inexpensive and compliant passport photos.
Called to get information and the guy that answered the phone was rude and very short with me also. I first asked him the cost, then I asked him if I need to make an appt. He replies in a very unclear manner, and says ok at the end of his response like hes ready to cut the comm off right there, like I was getting on his nerves or something.. Will go elsewhere.
I call into the notary place the notary person wasnt there the person who answered the phone was very rude kept cutting me short and then tell me yeah will call you back so that somebody I dont want to do business with
Extremely rude and not helpfull at all
Bad customer service.
Quick, easy passport photos
Waste of time & money !!!!Im not satisfied with the photo he took the photo is dark room and my face was dull - the guy was also rude & hurrying
Took 40 mins to get a notary signature done. Only 1 person in front of me.
Great service an quick too...
Called to get information on hours and pricing. The guy that answered the phone was very short with all of his answers as if he was rushing me off the phone. I will just find another place who wants my business.
