I give 3 stars because my experience left me overall, frustrated. To be fair, the customer service is communicative, the shipping is timely and the product is probably good (I dont know because I didnt use it). However, if you need to return an unopened item be advised that youll have to pay shipping both ways (which is reasonable) but on top of that its a 10% credit card refund fee and a minimum 15% restocking fee. Total of 25%. Again my fault because I ordered the wrong product but out of principle I decided not to return it and will let it collect dust and will purchase the correct product I need elsewhere.
