This has to be one of the worst rentals companies to deal with. Everything that’s is logistical is from the Stone Age. Everything is hand written and time consuming. Would never recommend this place to anyone. While loading your equipment with crew they offer little to no help
Unload time and returns move quick and easy. Pickups are slow, crew/equipment often not ready. Just give yourself an added 15 minutes of time to be there waiting for the order.
