Good factory service. It feels a little like youre entering Fort Knox when you get there - they check your ID and enter your car license plate number. When you leave they usually check your trunk. You have to drive past a stretch of loading docks, around another section of massive warehouse, and then look for the nondescript yellow railing by a small staircase. Then you have to ring a buzzer to have them open the door. Service turnaround on a pro model camcorder that had been dropped/damaged was about 2 weeks.

People are really helpful, but this store is just for professional gear. NO CUSTOMER CAMERAS like A7 or A6000. For all customer products go to 2706 media center drive, L.A. = Sony Support.

Loading is very very slow and attitude is very very poor
