I didn’t have any information about website, it was my first time and because of that I couldn’t send my documentsI already paid for documents that I couldn’t send!!! So I emailed SpanTran and asked their help, they quickly responded to my email and they guide me step by step, and It appears that i choose a wrong option for validation and that would charge me more money but They informed me about that and they refunded my money.

It’s very hard to get hold of their customer service.
