On August 20, I scheduled a phone consultation with Mr. Fleischman regarding my student loan problem. Mr. Fleischman was prompt and he was an extremely personable attorney, unlike another attorneys I experienced in the past. Due to the consultation being 1-hour, Mr. Fleischman wasted no time into assessing my situation and methodically listed all avenues how to resolve my problem. After explaining each avenue, Mr. Fleischman had no problems in repeating himself, because I needed more clarity on a specific avenue. Later in the consultation, Mr. Fleischman answered the many questions that I prepared. He answered all my questions and additionally provided me with pros and cons regarding my avenues how I wanted to resolve the problem. I received information that was incorrect regarding how to resolve my student loan problem, Mr. Fleischman explained the severe repercussions that would follow. I understand that Mr. Fleischman consultation fee appears to be somewhat pricey. However, If I had not contacted him and proceeded forward with that incorrect information on how to resolve my student loan problem, his consultation fee would amount to peanuts compared to the legal fees I would have to produce for my legal defense. Jay was helpful to get the case going and cleared.However, I was overcharged and it has been a painful process to get a refund on an error caused by his billing system. As of today, they have not paid me back for overcharges. I dont like to write bad reviews, but when phone calls and emails are ignored, this is where you go so the public is aware. There is also no office to make an appointment since both his address is a local mail carrier address. His staff needs to update their true working hours and properly respond to their clients.
