Very good product but customer service communications is very deficient. Nobody answers the questions or requests to change the delivery date. I had requested to postpone the delivery for a couple of days well ahead of the shipping date but the box was delivered anyhow in the Texas heat on a Sunday sitting there for two days when I was out of town. Got in touch with them through e-mail. Nobody got in touch with me nor apologized. I cancelled my subscription.

This is my 2nd Prolon kit, my first was in January. The first month was challenging, but the benefits were so worth it. I’m actually already signed up for the 3rd month. Not cheap, but I’m worth every penny.

I ordered my kits almost two weeks ago and still have not received them. I received an email from prolonged saying my kits had been delivered but that’s not the case. Tracking shows they still haven’t made it. I’ve contacted proLon twice with no response. Seems like a scam to me.

Just recently purchased Prolon and just finished the yesterday, and I feel fantastic. After 5 days of intermittent fasting you sure are cautious what you put in your body afterwords. It takes a day or so to get used to but after that I felt great.

I find this program to be a wonderful reset for the body. I first heard about it on the Goop podcast and began intermittant fasting shortly after. Fast forward to now, and Ive completed prolon 2x in the past 4 months (about to order my 3rd). I was able to take a light bike ride, and even participate in a gentle yoga practice as well. I recommend starting on Monday and then by Friday, youre that much more excited to prepare a meal over the weekend!

I tried this eating mimicking fast with a coworker and am so glad I did it. I lost a total of 5 pounds during the fast and continued to lose after going back to eating my low-carb way of life. I am at a total of 9.3 pounds lost and I start my second fast soon. I truly love this program.

I have done Prolon 4 times. I lost a total of 30lbs and got back on track with my health. This program is everything it claims to be. It is definitely not easy or for the faint of heart but if you follow it exactly you will get long lasting results. Customer server is great and I highly recommend this for anyone who has weight goals or otherwise.

This was my first experience with the product. I am on day 4 and, while I was sensitive to one of the products on the first day, customer service overnighted replacement products immediately. They have been so responsive and helpful. I am now on day 4 and I feel great. Will definitely continue this journey with them.

My first experience with the PROLON was in March 2018! My experience was good, I received it within 2 weeks, than completed my 5 days:) which was great for me! The 3rd day was my hardest, however it helped me get over the hump of not being able to lose any weight. I lost a total of 11 lbs and now I am waiting for my 2019 PROLON boxes so that I can get back to feeling as great as I did the first time I did it.

I am 61 and in excellent health, with no medications and good medical numbers - but as someone who has fasted before, and is aware of the benefits, I was eager to try this program. In the past I have never been able to get further than three days on a fast, both because of the prep time involved and the hunger factor. I was completely impressed with the quality of the ProLon products as well as the customer service provided by the ProLon team. The food was delicious and filling, and as someone who was already restricting my eating window to eight hours a day, the schedule was not a challenge. Coming out of the fast, I have lost 5 pounds, have enormous energy, and my skin is absolutely glowing. Anything that improves your health is going to be a challenge, but as a certified health freak for over 30 years, I absolutely will do this again. Kudos for a well-thought-out program with demonstrable benefits.

I have completed four 5-day cycles using Prolon. I have been very pleased. The first few days were a challenge the first time, but each subsequent week I did the fast it got easier to do. Somehow the body adapts to fasting. In all cases by day 4 of the fast I was feeling very energetic.I am 65 years old and Prolon provided a doctor to help me review my health history to insure that I was a good candidate for the program. I also discussed the fast with my cardiologist and he had no objections to my use of the fasting mimicking diet using Prolon.

The product may be good - I cant confirm since I havent yet received my order which somehow got lost in their system. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Be diligent in tracking your order, especially if youve gone to the trouble of carving out and scheduling five days for the fast.

I have done two 5-day cycles of Prolon, and both times I came out of it feeling amazing, having lost weight, feeling less hungry, and having a very clear mind. Almost like a reboot! A friend did it too, and the first thing my wife said when she saw her (my friend) was OMG, your skin looks glowing. The science is incredible, and I will do it 3 - 4 times/year for as long as their product is around. A+.

I have completed three cycles of the five-day Prolon FMD and plan to continue every six months. I like the food that is part of the plan and Im sure it tastes even better because what doesnt taste good when youre hungry?! My interactions with Prolon staff have been great. Part of the appeal to me is that the profits from the company are being plowed back into further research.

I have done 4 FMD cycles, it’s been great, it was very easy too do and I lost 20 pounds after 4 times off fmd, my colesterol went down from 200 to 169, my crp went down also, my A1c wend down from 5.8 to 5.1 my glucose level went down 82, I feel great, my blood pressure went down to 120 over 70, I don’t have to take prescription for high blood pressure any more .

This company seems like its scamming some customers. I ordered the ProLon 5 day diet on March 10, 2017 and I have still not received anything, Its been a month. Every time I call, they claim to be out of stock or on back-order. $299.00 down the drain. Be prepared before you place an order.
