I ordered a bracelet from GoldenMine, had the money taken from my account, and received an email from GoldenMine telling me that my bank had declined the transaction. Upon calling my bank, they let me know that the transaction did indeed go through and that the money has indeed gone to GoldenMine. I am now having to deal with a merchant malpractice and fraud case through my bank just to assure that I get my money back.I have bought jewelry online from big name stores, Amazon, and even eBay. This has never happened. Go anywhere else but GoldenMine.

I ordered an item from the website, waited almost 4 weeks for them to open up the store due to the quarantine, and am now being told it is not in stock, and it will take 3-5 days to get a refund. I understand about the quarantine, but why was the item listed for sale on the website if it was out of stock? This was for my sons birthday and he is very disappointed.

She will take the time to help you find exactly what youre looking for. Luz de Luna is a small store, but theres so much hidden in each nook and cranny. It has a great range of styles at prices that are completely reasonable for the quality you receive.
