Came to exchange USD to japanese YEN. Location has no parking so you might have to look around and walk to this place. That being said, the staff is very professional and they make it worth the hassle. The fee is so small we wondered if they made a mistake! Cant recommend this place enough. A+

Called on a Saturday to see if they had romanian currency available. They took my number and told me they would call if they could get it on Monday as their wholesalers were closed.. (As did with a couple other places I called).Monday am I got a call from lacurrency saying they could get romanian lei the same day. And for a good exchange rate. I appreciated the follow up. None of the other places I called returned my inquiry.Great service within a day! The location was super convenient and hours were good as well. Service was quick & efficient. Now I’m ready for my trip and I don’t have to hassle with exchange when I arrive! Whoot!They have euros and other frequent currency in stock all the time. I will use them again.

This place is horrible. I was buying a money gram and i was in a rush. The man gave me the money order and handed me a pen. I wasnt going to write out the money order but by his attitude i thought it was necessary and made a mistake. I had realized it shortly after and i went back to see if it was possible to cash it. This time a woman was there and she said she couldnt help me unless i had the receipt slip from the money order, i found it shortly after and returned only to be told they dont cash money orders.. From my understanding you can only cash money orders you made an error on at the location you purchased the money order or a bank. I was frustrated but the ladies english seemed horrible and her boss wasnt in at the time. She called him but he told her that it wasnt able to be exchanged or cashed. . so i went to a bank and my bank tried cashing it but to no luck it wouldnt allow them to deposit it into my account because of the error i made.. Well theres a $170 lesson. . dont use this place, youre better off going to a Walmart. I didnt have a reason to use there currency exchange but after this poor customer service i definitely wont be coming back and i will do my best to recommend anyone thinking of using their service to go elsewhere. I worked in retail and sales before but there attitude towards the situation was so careless and disgusting
