Not that good actually. I compared the rates to the LA Currency exchange a few blocks down by Pershing Square and this place I feel like I got had!This places Korean Won was US$1 got you 1,081 won.LA Currency exchange was US$1 got you 1,103 won.You will also get a less desirable rate exchange for Yen and Singapore dollars. too. I dont recommend going here unless youre in a pinch. I wish I hadnt.The positive is that youre still getting a better rate than you would at the airport, but the annoying part is I could have gotten a better rate at another place near by.

20%?!? Perhaps I’ve just always been lucky with previous currency exchanges but this place took the largest fee I’ve ever seen! Wish I’d gone somewhere else or asked what I’d receive beforehand. Like I said, I’ve never received such a large fee and never expected such a rip off. Awful. Don’t make my mistake.

Dude was extremely helpful over the phone and when I went to the store. I was planning a trip to Cuba, and he helped me exchange my money before I went and helped me get the most out of my money. Also slightly better rates than my bank, and you just walk in, exchange money, and walk out with your foreign currency. Took all of 5 minutes.

I came in to exchange USD to EUR and was astounded by how tiny their service charge was. I was expecting to lose about $20 in the exchange but I was only charged about $5. This is the only place Ill be exchanging currency from now on. Also! The teller was very courteous and the transaction was over in 5 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After having done some research, I had found a currency exchange service in Downtown L.A. that had a very competitive exchange rate between US Dollars and Canadian Dollars. As I set off on my journey, I realized there was another currency exchange along the way (World Banknotes Exchange). I didnt think much of it, since the rate I was quoted at the other place seemed hard to match. However to my surprise WBE matched the same rate! Besides the rate itself, the customer service was satisfactory and the wait in line was minimal (there was just one other person in front of me).

Very competitive exchange rates here. Whenever Im visiting my uncle in downtown, I usually stop by here to add money to my collection. The only thing to complain about is there hours. It closes way too early! One time they closed even earlier because business was slow.

If you need to exchange money, look no further. In the entire LA and around, I mean Iam talking here from Malibu to San Juan Capistrano, and from Ventura to San Bernardino, you wont find a better exchange rate and commission free! Anybody can find a better exchange rate, please let me know. The guys there are nice an honest too.

Allways great customer service and open on days when other places are closed. I allways go here to exchange before or after a trip.
