About four years ago, I was certain that I would need to file bankruptcy due to what felt like an overwhelming amount of credit card debt. Luckily, my husband told me that a place like this existed! I called, feeling ashamed of how much debt Id amassed, but was spoken to by a calm and kind customer support representative who reminded me that this is exactly why you all are here. Two days ago, I paid off my last credit card with the agency. They charge $5 a month per open credit line for maintenance, and are able to greatly reduce the APR for each one to help you pay off quicker. Every single time Ive called, whether to add another credit line to the payment plan, pay one off, or just have had general questions about my account, Ive been met with nothing but courtesy and professionalism. Im certain that it was a difficult transition to move to an at-home work model, but ACCC made it seem effortless. I need to post a review again... because I am so happy with the customer service of ACCC. For example Marly Rateau helped me via email - going back and forth, as I was waiting for the money to arrive in my accounts - to find the perfect timing and date for paying off all my remaining debt. That I can do this now, after only three years in the program is only possible because I joined ACCC who negotiated considerably lower interest rates for me and took care every month of paying each credit card company in time, so I didn´t have to deal with that anymore. Leaving me time and energy, to move forward and take care of earning and saving more money. Again, I can only recommend ACCC, am over the moon that in a few days, I will have paid off all my debt! A big thank you to all advisors and customer support specialists at ACCC.

I’m a veteran that went through a $300k value divorce. My spouse had Power of Attorney and demolished my credit. I was ordered by the judge to pay back the debt or alimony. ACCC helped me keep my word with ridiculously low interest rates. The counselor Paul was patient, educational, and fair. The program will take more than 10 years aka a decade off my financial freedom journey. This is an amazing program with professional and qualified individuals.

They really took the time to go over my budget with me, combing through my payments, spending, and income and coming up with a plan to help me eliminate my credit card debt far faster than I could have done alone. My interest rate has been cut down by 10% and my minimum payment reduced even as the overall time to pay off my debt has been cut down to under half. A wonderful nonprofit!
