SCAM, SCAM, this company is a scam. We purchased something from someone in California and they sent the package to New Mexico and they want us to pay them 1,000.00 if we want the package. They will take your money you will never see the package or your money....Be careful people

They have a voicemail that says a dispatcher will call you back immediatley. No one EVER called back, tried again next morning same thing, Took it to Orange County myself Unprofessional!

I received an amazingly fast reply and quote when I called to arrange an important delivery in Los Angeles. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and speed and would definitely use LA Courier Service again.

Sent a chat message and was completely ignored, not responded to and Agent just leaves the chat room. Did it twice. Never said anything. Bad customer service.

I would not it recommend this courier to anyone for personal or business matters. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and incapable of communicating.
