I’ve been coming here for years, the costumes are impeccable and the collection is amazing.

Palace Costume is an incredible costume rental house famous for its organization and the quality of its stock. Palace Costume is NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Palace does not rent to people looking for costumes for parties, plays, weddings, events and auditions.This is on the website and the yellow pages and yelp. There are costume rental houses that are open to the public but we arent one of them.

NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, so stop writing your idiotic 1 star reviews that they wouldn’t let you in. It’s stated on the website and yellowpages. If you missed that, AND are offended by it, that 1 star is only highlighting your intelligence level.

Ill have to agree with you on that. Extremely rude. Called several shops and they were all so nice and helpful and personable...I literally lasted 30 seconds on the line here.

If its not open to the public it should not be on Google Maps why advertise a non-public business in a public business advertisement place

Very rude over the phone, no people skills. its as if they dont want to make any business and just cut people off before they can get a word/question. Costumes are of poor quality on top of that
