I dropped my printer off due to a paper jam. They fixed it the same day. But when I got my printer back it didn’t work. They charged me $75 and made my printer even worse. Do not use these ppl they are scammers.Now my printer doesn’t even work and they took a full tray of paper that was already in there. When I got it back it was empty. So on top of charging me $75, not fixing my printer they stole a ream of paper! The nerve of some ppl.

Today I visited InkJoy Printing for the first time. A lady at the front named Eunice was communicative, understanding, and kind. She went above and beyond her regular duties to help me as I struggled to print an important document. I made a mistake and forgot to save a pdf copy of the document before arriving at the store, but she helped me and made it happen.After I had the document I needed, being the knucklehead I am I even left an important envelop on her desk by accident... She knew I would come back for it and when I arrived, already had it ready! Felt welcomed and made my hectic day bearable!

As in Korea, I use it as if I go to a local stationery store and print it. It was so good that I could email it to Inkjoys email address quickly and it was coated. First of all, it was great because the parking space was large. I entrusted you with the production of business cards, but it turned out very satisfactorily. Next time, I plan to make stickers.
