I have been living here for about 6 months now and couldnt be happier. Great tenants, great leasing staff, beautiful lofts, excellent up and coming area. Parking is difficult, but the 2 block walk isnt that bad after a while.

They’re nice once you’re inside but it’s in a terrible area.

Pretty managers are not the best here and youll need a lot of money to move in the area is questionable theres hardly any parking but theres a lot of walking distance shops and restaurants and local bars.
