Mike and Maria are absolutely wonderful! The zipper on a bathing suits I just purchase was broken it was such a quick fix. They were so funny and playful. They have gained a customer for life. Wow! Initially I was skeptical as Ive never been here before and for the prices, I naturally assumed, low price, cheap quality. Boy was I wrong! I took 2 pairs in.. One new and one older.The new pairs I had protectors put on and they came out perfect! The older shoes which are my favorite Mezlans dress shoes have been repaired before claiming theres only so much that can be done and I had settled for this outcome for the past couple of years.While still looking good, they didnt look new.. Mike took me by surprise when he revealed my older shoes that now look brand new! He redid the bottoms and completely overhauled the tops.I followed up with dropping off another 6 pairs as theyve earned my trust, loyalty, and business! BTW, Maria (owner) treats you like family and Mike who Im guessing is her husband, also has such an incredible way with people.Ive found my new home for all future shoe services.. Never had a shoe repaired before. Took my boots here last minute to get the tap replaced on one of the heels. Abe was quick and professional. Literally took 10 minutes. He replaced the taps on both heels and used tan (they were black) so they would match my boots better! Abe and his wife were super friendly and nice! And theyre daughters birthday is today, so Happy Birthday to her!

I had a stroke a few years ago. And she fixed a lot of my clothing so it was easier for me to get on. Amazing and Im so grateful.

The speed is unmatched! I brought in a pair of shoes for a simple repair job. The guy said he would have them done in 30 minutes! Unfortunately, I had plans and couldnt stick around, so I picked them up that evening. Im not sure this is typical because the repair was *really* easy, but everyone there was very conscientious and seemed very diligent.

Without a doubt one of the best and fastest places in Hollywood for tailoring, dry cleaning, and shoe shining and repairs. Maria, the owner, is the nicest and most hard-working person and does amazing alterations for very reasonable prices.
