I really could care less about an extra $10 charge but they will tell you one thing over the phone and when the job is completed they will bring up the material, timing, and other outlining factors to charge you double.They were also wrong on the timing

I always get a little nervous whenever I hand something of mine off to strangers. My partner insisted we start using this laundry pickup service and I didnt want to do it. I really should know better by now that theyre smarter than me because its been great. The woman who picks it up is nice and personable. I wish I could remember her name so I could thank her personally. Its been wonderful and a real time saver.

Picked up brand new suit that had small stain. Stain was removed very well however after getting home and noticing the suit looked very odd, I tried the suit on and the collar and lapel are completely screwed up. I’ve never actually seen a suit pressed so poorly. Mind you I just had this suit custom made and have worn it only 5 times so its supposed to fit and look perfect. The lapel originally went to the top button and somehow they’ve managed to press it so it’s 5 inches above the top button. It’s unwearble as is. Called and left message. Need it for business trip so hoping I can bring it back when they open and get it depressed within a half hour. Otherwise the one star will stand.Also asked them to get collar cleaned on three shirts. They did not clean as requested. Asked why not and lady said, should have dry cleaned. But when I turned them in and pointed out the collar I was never told that it would be a problem.

Awesome service and great prices .I had bought two pairs of pants at great price during store-closing sale. But the pants were little longer. Fortunately last month, received a 20% off on alteration coupon from this store (comes in email when you subscribe their monthly newsletter). I took the pants for alterations and got back perfectly fitting pair back. They fit me better than the right size pants I used to buy earlier. Would never go anywhere else. Love it. My girlfriend had her mothers wedding gown restored and cleaned here last year. It was a difficult job and she was pretty scared the gown would be ruined. It worked out perfectly. A Carriage Regal Cleaner was perfect in cleaning and restoring her moms wedding gown so she could wear it for her own wedding.I brought a beautiful expensive work suit here to be cleaned of a serious mustard stain of all things. The suit is now back to perfect. If you are close enough to travel here for a tough dry cleaning job or a piece of clothing you love, I would go out of my way to come here.

Incredibly pricy for an at best, average dry cleaners. I have gotten not so great service a few times but the last time, I was charged $7 for a wash and fold per shirt, and one still had a stain on it, the other one had a lot of lint on it and wasnt properly tagged as shirts usually are after a wash or dry clean. I mean theres better dry cleaners around the corner to this place in both directions on Wilshire. Im definitely going to one of those instead.

A good place to get your tuxedo cleaned, I brought my white tux here it looked shabby and nasty when I gave it in but when they returned it they had somehow worked wonders with it and made it perfectly clean. I payed a great price for it as well, to be honest I thought that tux was a goner but these guys right here work damn miracles now im ready for any wedding coming ahead HELL TO THE YEAH !

The care and service we received from Carriage Regal went far beyond just professionalism - our experience with these folks was truly heart-warming.When my wife and I were married in 2007, we placed her wedding dress with them for a full cleaning and preservation. And then life intervened.....The Great Recession, a move to the East Coast, etc. We made a few payments on the service but never closed the balance.
