I’m still stunned by how unprofessional this company was. At first it was great... and then I’d notice the dusting was skipped, or the counters would be skipped. Always something. They have failed to show up or be over an hour late. Always excuses. I can’t imagine how a bi-weekly service could be screwed up almost every single time. Thankfully Los Angeles does not have a housekeeping shortage.

I had been contemplating getting a cleaning service for a while but, kept on thinking to myself I should save the money and save the extravagance. Until one day I looked around my house after having a project finish in it and it was a complete mess. I needed help and I literally didnt know where to turn. I found Wave House Cleaning on Yelp and what attracted me to them was that they were family-owned, had 10 plus years of experience, and they were located close to me. I went on their website and easily created a profile to book my first session online. I was called the very next day and they were extremely warm and gracious on the phone. Offered to answer any questions I had and assured me of their arrival. The girls came spot on time with all of their own equipment and were done way before the expected amount of time. They were thorough, fast and even cleaned underneath items which I greatly appreciated. The best part? This was for a way cheaper price than what I had thought it was going to be. And even cheaper if you stay with them to do monthly or weekly maintenance. I am SO happy I found Wave House Cleaning. I have already forwarded their info to my Mom and my Yoga teacher!

Every experience I have had with Wave has been amazing! One Friday night I tried to book for a Sunday afternoon, hoping to get a quote but assuming the booking would not go through. But I got a call on Saturday afternoon to confirm a deep cleaning the next day (also Mothers Day!). The cleaners came and did an amazing job. My next booking met similar success, and Patricia went out of her way to meet my needs. All the cleaners were wonderful, and it was so nice to have a clean home! I have already recommended Wave to several friends, and would recommend it to anyone!

Horrible! Crew of one person for a deep clean showed up an hour and 15 minutes late, then had the audacity during a pandemic to not wear a mask properly. Im not booking with a company that doesnt respect the health of others. Dont let Diane in your house. If she doesnt wear a mask properly for work, she more than likely doesnt in regular circumstances either.

I booked with this company based on the reviews. I live in a small studio and keep it tidy but was looking forward to a deep clean. I booked the initial cleaning for $99 and feel that it was way over priced. Specific areas I asked to be dusted were not, and the trash was not emptied. The person cleaning my home was over an hour late, then stayed for two hours despite this being a $99 “deep clean.” I paid extra for the walls to be cleaned and they weren’t.*** updating this review because customer service contacted me and handled this situation very well. They offered to have someone come back and finish the clean free of charge, this felt like the appropriate response and I appreciate it.

Signing up and setting up an appointment was very easy. Cleaner was here promptly and professional. She did an amazing job on the problem areas in the apartment. I will definitely use them again.
