My Drag sister and I rented a Red Convertible 1977 from this location, and it was a DREAM! We rented it for a night for a special occasion of the 30th anniversary of Thelma and Louise and boy were we the highlights of the show.That car really made a huge impact on so many others lives, with pictures, feelings and emotions.When we picked up the car rental, we were greeted by MARVIN & JUAN; as two drag queens renting a priceless oldsmobile, you could only imagine the feelings we could have had. Had a great experience renting the 1970 Buick Electra from 777 Exotics. Drove a couple hundred miles up and down the PCH with no issues. Everything from reserving the vehicle, driving it for hours and returning it was seamless. Highly recommend!

Wanted to rent a Lamborghini Urus for 2 weeks. Needed it to be the orange one they had on their website. I tried calling to see if they still had that car as many of these companies display stock photos or pictures of cars they don’t necessarily own.The person who I was speaking with was incredibly rude and impatient. All I asked is if the orange Urus was still available in their fleet. Rather than just saying “yes it’s still available” he went on some unnecessary rant about how they’d been in business for 31 years and he couldn’t tell me if it was available because I didn’t have the exact dates that I wanted it yet. As if I was unaware that they couldn’t rent out a car that was already rented for a particular day.What an unprofessional representation of your company. As if all the spelling and grammatical errors on your website weren’t bad enough.I booked another orange Urus with another rental company for two full weeks, so your impatience and unprofessionalism cost you about $20k.Do your business elsewhere. These guys don’t deserve it.Edit in response to owners response: Maybe train your staff to slow their roll and let your customers speak before they go on rants. They were extremely rude and pushy. If you only knew who the car was being rented for... :)

Silvia and Eddie were both incredibly friendly and helpful, and even participated in the surprise. We were genuinely cared for and appreciated as customers, and it truly felt like they were most interested in us being happy.The car drove like a dream, up and down CA-1. The price was very fair and they were transparent about how all the costs would be handled. At the end of the day, it cost less than I was expected, and the service and experience exceeded all expectations.I highly recommend, and will certainly be back to rent more vehicles in the future!Thanks again :)

LA Exotic Rentals gave me one of the best experiences of my life since I allowed myself to drive the car from my floors next to my wife, when I got to do the paperwork all the employees were too friendly since at first I only went to ask for reports And with the idea of doing it on my next visit to the city, despite the inconvenience they treated me spectacularly well and in the end I was encouraged, this was a special experience for me since I would drive the car from my floors next to my wife, I had planned to propose to my wife on this trip and the car was a great inspiration for me, today I am in my hometown accompanied by my wife, I highly recommend this establishment as it gave me magnificent experiences.

777 ECR carries all major lux or classic brand except for Porche. I suggested they get a 911 GT. Anyhow, we rented a BMW i8 for a day. Owner/Staff is very professional and friendly. This company is the most unreliable car rental I’ve ever experienced. We were promised cars that were rented out/ unavailable. Once we FINALLY received a car it was damaged and became unable to drive. Premium prices for low quality service and damaged luxury cars. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Although staff was friendly, the vehicle that was reserved had both steering and braking issues we opted to cut our reservation short and brought back the vehicle back in less than a day, a few hours to be exact. Likely air in the brake line. Was looking at another firm and chose this one due to the rates being cheaper, you get what ya pay for I guess. If someone asks if everything is ok and clearly its not if one is opting to cut their reservation in a quarter due to maintenance issues. Maybe the fleet just needed some maintenance on classics beyond a car wash & interior wipe down. This was a surprise and a gift that didnt go as expected at all. No apologies were rendered.I wouldnt recommend using them for a classic rental.***** I did contact the firm to discuss a solution to the shortened rental due to fleet not being able to drive safely, I have yet to receive a solution. Either they are a bit busy or they dont plan on truly finding a solution and its just a response to seem like they are on top of the not so great experience****Update Close to a year later,no resolution was reached. Dont waste your time on their classics.

I also got to look at and sit in some real cool cars that were there!! they carry everything exotic cars, luxury cars even old school convertible cars. They made my rental experience real easy I will definitely use them again!Right off the freeway so it was real easy to find them!

Rented a Lamborghini Huracan for a day, unfortunately made an experience which made me take off 3 stars from my review.The gas wasnt full at the pickup - about 7/8 . They told me told, that I should: fill it up and floor it twice. It will show 7/8. The previous renter filled it up just 2 miles away.Alright. Filled it up. Floored it twice, floored it again, floored it a couple of more times. Drove 8 miles from the gas station and it still showed a full tank. 8/8.I told the same guy at the return about what he promised me would happen, and what he will do about it. He made a joke about how I would have to pay more that I brought it back full. Not judging the joke here, was a good one.Anyway, its about $5 worth of gas on a $1800 rental which left me disappointed and did cost this review a full 3 stars.Integrity, honesty and foremost SERVICE is what customers and renters of cars like these truly value.

Had a great experience with 777 Exotics. Customer service was great. Marlon and Israel answer every question I had and cleared up any questions with the process. The process was excellent and great being a first time customer. Had a great experience for a BMW 550. Definitely will be going again for a different car. The price was negotiable and fair deals and values for any car choice. Just always keep the car clean and then it back how it is.

Sunday November 12, 2017: we had a great event with 7 vintage convertibles. cars were in fantastic shape...and the drivers were awesome. drove along Mulholland Drive to Santa Monica. super fun. Will rent again from exotic Cars anytime. I highly recommend them.

I had rented a Mustang for my brother for my birthday many months before. That day we brought my brother blindfolded there. Once there, everything was closed ..Thank goodness someone came quickly and unlocked the shop. My brother was waiting outside and I went into the office to clear everything up. Once there, the landlord said that the Mustang is not there, it is in Vegas. Then he wanted to make me taste another car or talk me out of the Mustang. Then I got angry and explained the situation to him again that my brother, who was 30, was standing blindfolded outside and I had already paid for the Mustang. I then asked the boss because I no longer knew whether to cry or scream. This then came, apologized a thousand times. He then made the offer to drive the Audi r8 until the Mustang was there. I was absolutely not thrilled because we live where audi is made, but my brother became too impatient and I didnt want to argue any longer. So my brother got the r8 .. after an hours drive my brother was called and finally he got his Mustang !!!!He also had to pay because there were only 100 free miles !!I could tell more but thats enough ..He was very happy anyway, thank goodness .. but this company still doesnt get more than 2 stars from me !!
