If I could give this company no stars I would completely do that. VXI has been by far the worst work experience I have ever encountered! Management and HR are insensitive, careless and inconsiderate! The pay and work conditions and the horrible training isn’t even worth it or you aren’t paid enough for the things you go through on a daily basis! The micro managing! The verbal abuse! All of it! If you are thinking about applying RUN! RUN FAR AWAY!!
Work here for 1 year, The People who managed the company are so unprofessional, For some Tl’s that don’t do nothing besides they don’t know anything about customers service there just there sitting on their phones, The SME know more than them…Plus other workers stealing from the lockers they don’t do nothing to stop this. The operation manager Angela Torres is a 2 face lady that doesn’t help the Employees when it comes to resolve little simple issues with the TLs, If you want to do a complaint you have to reach out to the main boss Jea or else the tls with Angela will stress you out until u end up quitting or they look up to any small issue to fire you. This job is so stressfulthey expect to answers all questions and concerns plus disputes in 2 minutes or they start calling your attention. This was so stressful. Plus they don’t give the proper equipment materials that you need to have support. I ended with carpotano and stress. The only reason why i was keeping this job because of COVID. This job is not worth it
Great opportunity for youths to start out in life with a reliable job always bursting at the seams with over time. The pay may be minimum wage but there is plenty of easy bonus anyone and everyone can achieve. If your great with complex, high demand & constat work then consider this place for employment. 4 week late payment and unprofessional help, they ask to be the most professional on the phone with client, but it does not apply to management pathetic. Worst help coming from a HR rep (Debra L. Romero) and I checked I am not the only one complaining on her.

I worked here from Jul- Oct. Training people are very accomodating and helpful. But people from production floor especially the TLs unprofessional, loud, lazy and terrible. Ive been working for Call Center for almost 7 years i never encountered anything so unorganized like this company . No no no for me super unprofessional and super dirty in the prpduction floor. Also people took stuff they dont belong to them . They will also make promises a lot of stuff like working from home that they never did. Its not worth it. The stress the effort its all worthless for them. Supervisor couldnt even take sup calls aside from that they will let agent tell cx that sup will cb after 24-48hrs that they never do. They will leave notes that they cb but they never really cb. Too mucha stress stress stress. No dont work for this company.!
I worked with this company a few years ago and I was really happy. The LA Times building is very convenient to everything, staff is very nice, supervisors are really nice and very understanding and helpful. It was always good working this company because you can get the schedule you want especially when you have a family or you are a student.
Many people are very rude.They do not know the meaning of customer service.
This company lacks structure and professionalism. I’ve never seen an HR rep be so disrespectful (Debbie) to employees, making them feel not valuable or of no good use. This company holds no responsibility to there lacks. I understood why they got sued but to remain open and continue to function illegal is ridiculous. Poor employees are being slaved and mis treated. This place should be closed.

Guarded building with great seasonal display in the lobby. Polite employees from the security to the staff. Building a little confusing to navigate but people are more then willing to help.
If I could give 0 stars I would . Hiring process was a hassle, discrimination is definitely shown. First interview and testing went fine, was told I was qualified, 2nd interview was a group interview, interviewer did not ask questions related to the job & when she found out some of us in the group were related she became uninterested. Received email saying we weren’t qualified. If assessments were passed and interview went great (which they confirmed) then why does it matter who I know. Pure discrimination and it’s highly unacceptable so beware, they will WASTE your time !
Veevo Saab and Kenneth Rodriguez give accurate accounts of how it is to work at VXI. The place does deserve 1 star because they do hire people with criminal records and because they are lenient with things like drinking and smoking weed on the job. I didnt do these things but many people did and they loved having their 24oz cans behind the computer monitors or smoking weed in the parking lot for lunch and break. It definitely made working there funny as most of my coworkers were constantly intoxicated.Seriously though this place was miserable to work at and dozens of their employees quit with months not to mention many more being fired. If you dont have any other options and minimum wage with no benefits sounds okay then work here.

Where do I begin?They are liars and thieves, they prey on their employees, belittle them behind their backs. There is no recognition whatsoever, you work hard, put your blood sweat and tears to make an extra dollar and when it comes to payout they lie and make every excuse not to pay you. The managers are lazy and expect the supervisors to do all their work while they sit at their desks doing nothing. Management has no experience in any of the work they want us to do...i was the only agent who would help other agents when they needed to close a sale. Their training is irrelevant none of the agents know what theyre doing when it comes to sales, I would literally spend my whole lunch break helping the agents when they needed help. The place is infested with bed bugs, the desks were dirty and the keyboards were sticky not to mention the bathrooms that have a horrible smell that would stink up the entire hallway... you can literally smell the bathrooms when coming out of the elevators. The head of management cant even speak a word of English all she did was walk around and giggle and hide in her office the rest of the day. The only good thing about that company were the supervisors and my coworkers, if management knew how to run a business they wouldnt be getting sued by their agents and the owners of the building theyre renting work space from. They fire anyone whos a threat to them and voices their opinion. I can go on for hours but they dont deserve my time.They tell you shift bids are coming up and have you perform at your highest level as an agent to get high metrics which should allow to gain a greater chance at picking the time schedule you want when the shift bid arises, only to have the shift you put all the work in for be changed last minute to cater to the companys needs. They think of no one but themselves, give you half cocked smiles as they pass you by.All I have to say is if you think Im lying, do a Google search and youll see all the reviews left from prior agents. The sexual harassment suits, lawsuits for nonpayment of wages. They even have you sign an ADR (Arbitration dispute agreement, which most agents are unaware of) to resolve issues outside of court which allows them to keep their nose clean out of the court system. And as an employee you cannot sue them directly, and have to settle your disputes out of court through a mediator.
Unprofessional and unfair business practices on Roxanna Aquino part; who screens calls and avoids answering her phoneline unless its the front desk. Cost me a job here...now Im forced to file with the labor board. No follow up call from the director. There are no pay raises if you work in their customer service department.

Ive been trying to speak with the receptionist for 2 weeks. i went down to Los Angeles Times Building, to get a copy of a past pay stub. Wasnt able to get the info. So the front desk officer made the call upstairs, and I talked with human resources she say shes going to email me. Havent gotten anything yet. Thats was how they were operating when I was an employee.
Get a life stop spam calling everyone. Pathetic company.

This is a horrible place to work.. Its dirty as hell, kept getting bit by bed bugs in the chairs and furniture. The management floor supervisors are ghetto as hell yelling up and down the bays very unprofessional. Couldnt deal with it and walked off the floor to quit.
