Perhaps the most inept agency Ive ever registered with. Not only are the clients they serve and cater to subpar in the rudimentary day-to-day practice of onboarding i.e. providing laptops in a timely and efficient manner, but also in ensuring candidates are setup prior to their assignments as opposed to hastily rushing a start date with no access to the necessary programs and applications. I recently severed my relationship with Vaco and in the midst of a pandemic and a severe storm in which they were cognizant of, they opted to mail a live check via a FedEx drop-box as opposed to a pragmatic and progressive forward-thinking approach of depositing one’s paycheck. Getting a resolution through someone on their team who is able to use discernment and critical-thinking skills is a challenge to say the least. Unless you value your time, education, and invaluable experience I would urge you to register with any other agency but this one.
