I worked with ADVO to develop better leadership skills. They really helped me to figure out how to take a different approach to difficult situations that ultimately benefitted me personally and professionally. In working with them over the course of six months I noticed I was more confident in myself and my capabilities and I believe that this became visible to those I was working with. They really helped me to realize as important as it is to be an asset and and ally to my teammates it is also important to be an asset and ally to myself and ensure that my needs are met and that I am approaching things with a healthy balance. I know I will be a different and better leader going forward because of the time I got to spend with the dudes.

ADVO GROUP INC visited my company and I participated in a few of their workshops. I watched them in a few short weeks transform the entire way our company perceived the way they looked at their management. I am in middle management and have been in the same position for the past 5 years and felt like I was ready to take on more. I have signed onto their virtual programs and seminars on my own and I got to say, I have never been so clear in the trajectory of my professional career. This opened my eyes at various opportunities that was in front of me that I had never realized before. I can say, Advo Group Inc has not only given me the tools to fast track my climb in the ranks, but their methodology inspired me to reorganize my perception of where I stand in my company.

Just finished a workshop today with ADVO Group, with my company. We were totally inspired with their view on how interactions between different aspects of the company should communicate. It broke barriers and Ive never seen my CEO so open to sharing, he actually made me feel that he gets us... maybe thats the Advo effect. The workshop left me wanting to more for myself, my career and made me feel like I belong to an organization that wants me to succeed. Pretty great, thank you guys!
