We have work with KRB Flood and Fire for over the past two years. Karl Brooks has an impeccable talent for finding causes to various water/construction issues not to mentioned a positive approach of problem solving. Karl has excellent time management skills on getting a project completed on time, if not earlier than promised. He makes no excuses and always follows up continuously with all parties involved. There are very few contracting companies today that build a relationship of trust and show people that they really do care about them and KRB fire and flood is one of them.

I have used KRB for both big and small projects and their professionalism and skill is superb!When I reported a water leak from a broken pipe that caused a fair amount of damage, they were all over it - stopped the leak, got a mold guy over, did the remediation, and repaired it like new. They even ensured our insurance properly accounted for everything owed to us.They have a very professional crew. I was very comfortable leaving them in my home unsupervised. Their communication is great - giving me updates daily on where the project was.I plan on using them for several more projects in the coming year...if they can squeeze me in!

My name is Greg Davis and I am the owner of GDA Landscaping. I had a client whose entire home was sinking up to 5 from flooding and was in dire straights. I referred Karl knowing he had the skill level and experience to make repairs to such a badly damaged structure. He installed an underground drainage system around the home. His in-house crew was able to lift and level the house perfectly, replaced several sections of footings that were badly damaged, and re-supported the structure. He brought in a geologist and structural engineer and the job was seamless. After several months of working under the home, my clients were very pleased with the job. I was then able to resume my landscaping of their backyard.On a second job, I referred Karl to a client whose historical home had excessive flooding in a lower basement. Karl came in and designed a sump pump heavy-volume system and was able to waterproof the basement. It took two months to perform the work, and at the end of this job, my client was very appreciative of the referral.When you refer a company for this kind of extreme work, you need to have 100% confidence in that company. I can rely on Karl to make me look good with my clients on difficult jobs such as these. I can call Karl for hillside failures, foundations, and underground drainage systems. Hes a very experienced builder and I can always count on Karl and his crew to do excellent work.

I had a small flood in my condo. Karl and his crew showed up in under an hour with an emergency response van and went to work right away to dry out the flood. They did a great job of carefully moving all my personal belongings and safeguarded them while they did the cleanup. Karl was helpful in letting me know what I could recover from my insurance and helped me with the claim. I couldnt be more pleased with the way Karl took charge of the situation and made me feel more at ease. I would highly recommend him on small and large jobs as he is well equipped for both. I had a very good experience dealing with Karls company and would call him whenever I had an emergency.

Unlike most contractors, he was always on time and neat. I had a mold issue in my closet.When he came for an estimate, he tested for moisture in the walls. Before he even knew if he was going to do the work, he brought me plastic to cover over the moldy area so that it did not contaminate the air or my things.He spent time covering all of my personal belongings so that nothing would get ruined. He explained the whole process in detail and kept me informed about progress. He started and finished the work according to the timeline he initially provided.Karl was able to check out the damage, give me an estimate and we were able to work with our insurance to make sure that all of the work could be done.He was very knowledgeable, answered all of my dumb questions and was sure to explain certain aspects of what he thought the problem was and how he was going to fix it.Even with the time constraint, Karl was great with communicating and his team came in finishing all work in fashionable manner.Karl will do a job on any renovation, big or small.No excuses, just 100% professionalism, and making sure the job gets done right.I would highly recommend KRB for mold remediation and moreThis has been a very positive experience.
