I loved working with Missy. I never felt pressured, but Missy made sure that I knew all my options. I never thought in my wildest dreams I would buy a car the very first time I go out shopping. I have never been impulsive, but Missy was so informative and so friendly and knowledgeable that I felt it was the right choice. I had a great experience here! I called ahead and they let me know their availability. They went out of their way to be helpful and explain every detail of what they would do to test what was wrong with my car. They went above and beyond their duty to minimize costs while ensuring my car would be back on the road ASAP. Couldnt not have been more impressed by their honesty and good business practices. Took great care of my car. Will definitely go back.

Great, excellent and very professional service. Ken is the owner and hes a really good person with a good sense of humor. I dont even understand why people would waste their time posting negative comments about this crew at Westside. Would definitely take my car to them any time i need something. No doubts...

My late grandfather purchased a Morgan in California and had it sent to Westside Mercedes to have some cosmetic restoration work done. He passed away before he got to see it finished, and we had the car sent back to Ohio. Now that we would like to sell the car, Westside Mercedes seems to have not kept any records about what all they had done on the car. After saying they would contact the paint shop they used, that they adamantly refused to give us the contact info of, they never reached back out to us to give us the information. I did not attempt to get the information from them just once, I spent time on the phone talking with the owner 3 separate times over 2 months and got absolutely nowhere.I worked in a restoration shop for a while, the quality of the work that was done was great but Westside Mercedes has practically voided the value of all of the work done by them by not giving us any information as to what was done.

Ive been taking my cars to Ken and his crew for years and have always been a happy customer. The work is done quickly and the cost is very reasonable (far cheaper than a dealer!). On several occasions I was worried that I needed major repairs (i.e. expensive) but it turned out that it was just a minor issue. Its nice to be able to take a car in for service or repair and not have to worry that youre going to get ripped off.

Ken, Jenna and the whole staff have always been accommodating and helpful. Having a mid-60s Alfa, the car has quirks and needs, Westside has always done a great job of diagnosing and fixing the problem at a reasonable rate. Highly recommended.
Brought my Audi here for some minor work, and my car was fully cleaned even the inside of my trunk. I think I found my new auto shop.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. they will over charge you. they wont fix your car the right way. i was wondering how this place makes money, since i dont see too much work going on. i found out the hard way. i got ripped off.
Bring my mercedes benz S550 for service. When I pick up the car the service light still on and the tech or ken dont know how to reset the service light and we end up to go to dealer to reset service light but that is not all, the next day my engine oil light comes on and found out they didnt put enough oil.
