EDIT: Leisha Williams was able to get everything sorted out. My rate is now a great deal. Every time Ive called since the original negative experience has been very positive. I actually called e-surance and got a higher quot. But State farm is just much better. You can call Leisha Williams office directly and someone immediately answers the phone that has all your information ready. They return my calls when I leave a message. I also like how they are able to provide me temporary coverage increases with little work when Im renting commercial vehicles, or borrowing friends expensive cars.Overall Im very happy with State farm.Im on my fourth call with this state farm office trying to get my loyalty discount. apparently the guy i worked with dosnt work there now and lost all the information. every time i call im told everything is good and that they will get back to me. however i never get a call back. im still here stuck paying 150$ a month with a perfect driving record for last 8 years. very annoying >=(
