Could this be, the rarest of all things; an honest auto shop?! Weve had a few bits of work done by Pepes and their conduct has always been exemplary. On top of that, theyve always been fast, friendly and incredibly generous.I really wish they did more kinds of work because seriously, I never want to take my car anyplace else. As it is, theyre always our go-to for tires, services and the odd bit of related labor.

The owner was super friendly and helpful! The whole team was dedicated to helping everyone out as quick as possible, but also made sure everything was properly working. Definitely recommend if your car needs a fix up.

Went to Pepes because I needed all 4 tires they gave me a great deal and the customer service was on point. They dont sell cheesy tires they sale quality with quality service many thanks guys.

I use to like this spot, untill you notice that they charge differently. Depending on the person or who they know. Youll get a different price depending who you are, not because of the make or model of the vehicle.

The only place I go to for my tire needs bc I live nearby and it’s a small shop. They checked out all four of my tires at no charge bc I thought there was a nail in one of them. Also repaired a flat tire for me another time. I’ve been here 2-3 times (can’t remember properly) already in the past year. Appreciate how thorough and careful the mechanics are with my car. Front desk ppl also very chill. Thank you for being open!

Took my truck in for an alignment after replacing my tires. They did the toe but not the camber. I didnt realize this until i noticed my brand new tires wearing out from the outside.

I went for an alignment ( probably should have called ahead), pulled in and waited for 10-15 mins for the person at the desk to help. 2 other customers in front, so when done my turn comes around.pepes: how can I help?me: I need an alignmentpepes: for the porsche? no.no explanation offered. saw me parked in front of the window and knew what car I had, asked me to wait, so that he could turn me down with out a reason. my car isnt special, flashy, new, or custom. I dont know why I wasnt able to get service or why I had to wait around for him to say that I wouldnt be able to get service for my car brand. I had no expectations other than being able to get an alignment and decent customer service. I was offered neither, without explanation. it would have been great to have been informed before standing around and even why I wouldnt be able to be helped.

Having just moved into the area I thought it would be hard to find a new place to get tires and tire work done without being charged an arm and a leg, I was wrong. Hands down, the best experience Ive had at an auto shop yet. Everyone is so friendly and down to earth I cannot thank them enough for making this transition easier on me. This is the first place I went to and will be the only one Ill be going to for as long as I live here. Theyve earned a loyal customer.

I had a great experience. You can tell that the staff complement each other. They work well together and don’t hesitate to help one another out. I brought my vehicle in for a brake inspection and was expected to pay approximately $120 for brake pad and rotary replacements, but after inspection, they realized there was only grinded metal dust inside the brake shoe, hence, why I was hearing a squeaking noise. They polished the brake shoe and put everything back in order, free of charge! I no longer hear anything and my brakes work superbly. I highly recommend this shop, regardless of where you are located in town.

These guys are great. Honest and reasonable!

They identified that my side walls were leaking and unrepairable due to the location of the cuts. I asked them to remount the tire as I wanted to go to my regular tire shop. They put it back on in a few minutes and didnt charge me for anything! Definitely honest and good guys.

This is a fantastic family business.I was in and out in a matter of a half an hour. A second tire blew a mile away...took care of me again, and rotated my tires. Great price too!!

Was there for 15min waiting for someone to come help me and then they told me I was supposed to talk to someone inside. Then had to wait 10 more minutes to talk to the guy who told me it would take at least 30 minutes or more for a simple oil change. Not recommended

Pepes Tire Shop fixed a punctured tire for me in about 10 minutes for only $15. It doesnt get any better than that.

Wow, saved my life! Rv tire flat on the 110, and pepes was the only shop within 25 miles that could fix me up. Great people! And on top of it all, it took less than an hour to get back on the road. Cant say enough good things about pepes!!!
