I’ve been a customer of SOS since it started as SOS Dent many years ago in Santa Monica. I’ve come back over the years since their precision, quality and fantastic customer service has earned my loyalty. I don’t do many recommendations but happy to give them a solid one since they are truly the best out there in the sea of shops. They stand by their work and put in a great deal of care for you and your car. Their goal is to simply do a great job and make sure you are happy with the work. Marketa and David were extremely professional from the start. I brought my Audi in for paintless dent removal. They got me in for a consultation right away and gave me an incredibly competitive estimate. David was upfront and very thorough in his examination of my vehicle, and even dissuaded me against a more costly repair option. Marketa scheduled me quickly for a service appointment, and they had my car done within a few hours of drop off. The final product was even better than promised. Its rare in Los Angeles to find an automotive place with such professional integrity, honesty, and quality customer service. I highly recommend this shop.

Superb body shop. Marketa and David were not only genuine and honest people, but they did a great job fixing a dent that was caused by a hit and run at a very reasonable cost. They even fixed a scratch mark on the side for no charge and wouldn’t accept my tip. Highly recommended and conveniently located off the 405.

SOS Autocraft is a top-notch place for auto body repair. I took in my Volvo XC90 and David and his team are highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, exceptionally accommodating and on top of all that, extraordinarily nice. In fact, upon getting my Volvo back, David also took care of my husband’s GMC Sierra 1500 as well. David will tell you what will be done to your vehicle, the process it takes, and what expectations you can have for the end product. He is obviously someone who has a great deal of experience in his craft and takes the time to explain to you how it’s done because the quality of his work will always have you coming back. As a woman, David made me feel very comfortable with the entire process and confident that I was not being taken advantage of. High quality work was completed in a very timely manner and David made the entire process super easy and relaxed. He has made a permanent customer and I would trust him with any of my cars. This is the best place for anything auto body!

If you live on the Westside, you shouldn’t think twice about SOS for your auto needs. I have used them numerous times and the experience has always been extremely pleasant and for the great work they do, their rates are quite reasonable.The folks at SOS are some of the most professional and courteous I’ve dealt with in the city and are always a pleasure to work with. Cars are a necessity in LA, and no one will get you on the road faster than SOS.

This Autobody shop is the absolute best! The staff is so friendly and professional. They are very reasonably priced and above all they do excellent work!!! I’m extremely picky and detailed and it’s the only place I’ll take my car. 5 stars all the way!!!

Getting rear ended with no fault of ours was so frustrating and we just wanted our car back to its original beautiful self. We looked and asked around to see who specializes in Porsche and Thankfully we found this shop doing just that. David was awesome in giving us the confidence that our car would be back to normal. I had the most outstanding experience with SOS Autocraft. Not only were Marketa and Andrey incredibly kind and helpful people, but the job that their team did went far behind my expectations!! I needed a new door, paint job, and many scratches/dings taken out of my car. They explained their plan to me and worked diligently with my insurance company to get the job done quickly. Very honest company. Had a small chip on my trunk told me it wouldn’t be worth it to repair lots of work involved. Just got some touch up paint from telsa and did it myself. He also showed me how to fill in small scuffs on the rim. Thanks again.

As a novice driver, it can be very jarring to go through the process of getting a car fixed  after a first ever accident  .i went to David and Marketta at sos autocraft  on the recommendation of my parents ( long time customers ..especially my mom lol  )i could not have been more thrilled with my experience,  not only does the car is now work perfectly fine ... It looks brand new! the level of care and communication trough the process  have been amazing. getting email updates on almost every major step along the line .they took care of all the communication with the insurance company, something that can be a dreadful experience when you have no knowledge of the process .im not looking forward to the next time i would require their service, as I would hope to not have to go through a crash again... but i know that i would be taken care off in the best possible manner if I did!

Highly satisfied with the customer experience and the result at SOS Autocraft. I had bought a 12-year-old Audi 4 Quattro that had gone through many hands, and it showed. David of SOS examined the car and explained which investments would be economical and which less so. He then set a time frame for performing the work, which his team completed expertly and on time. When I drove the car off the SOS Autocraft lot, it looked, felt, and drove as if one owner had kept it in pristine condition all these years. With SOS’s help, I intend to keep it like that from now on.

The best place ever, very professional, cannot even see any improfections at all from damage that was done to my 2021 Chevy Colorado. The paint was new by GM cherry haze very difficult to match and they did it perfectly. Awesome job!! Thanks so much!!

My car was side-swiped in a hit and run and I was referred to this shop. David and Marketa were very sweet and accommodating and gave me updates on the service. Since my car is a Fiat a lot of parts were on back-order, but they let me pay 1/2 of what was owed once I let them know I couldnt go any longer without my car, they let me bring it back once the last part arrived to pay the rest. I was without my car for about 3 months and I could tell they were apologetic about the delay, David even gave me a small discount.

I’ve had body work done on my car by SOS three times now, and have referred several friends. David and his team always come through. Professional, friendly, polite, top quality work, and on schedule. What more could you possibly ask for? If you need body work done on your car, SOS is the place to go. You won’t be disappointed.

I brought in my scratched up car today to get an estimate for a buff, and the staff at SOS Autocraft was amazing. The price was super reasonable. Within a few hours they had completely fixed the issue, and even went above and beyond and washed/vaccumed the car. I definitely recommend this spot.

Excellent customer service, willingness to help, honest and professionals - all in all a wonderful experience overall. I could not be happier with the results, especially on such a short notice. I went in on a Wednesday afternoon and had my car back by Friday. David, Andrey and Danny took good care of me. A special thanks to his crew for the amazing job that they did.

SOS Autocraft is a great body shop, 5 stars service!!! They were honest and up front about all the work they did to my vehicle. They worked directly with my insurance company and entire process was very easy and fast. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for an honest shop!

( my wife cars :-) )every time, David would under promised and over deliver .the high quality of work and communication have been a constant,the friendliness and high level of customer service i or the friends i sent there over the years, did receive have always been top notch .another great positive point, Marketa have been such a great help dealing with the bureaucracy of insurance company .. and helping us knowing our rights and what to expect or ask from them .not looking forward to the next time i have to use their service as it would mean that something did happen to our car ..but at least i know that it would be in very good hands :-)

I was very impressed with Michael and his workers. They removed a tough dent from SOS Autocraft Inc. You cant even tell there was a dent there anymore! These guys are polite, professional and respectful. Their prices are very reasonable. I will be sure to recommend them to everyone I know.

David is the man! My crosstrek got rear ended and had frame damage. He worked with me and the insurance company to make sure the estimate was comprehensive, thus minimizing the back and forth with the adjusters. His work was thorough and flawless. I never had told go back for any issues like I have after dealing with some other body shops, and I heartily recommend his work.

OMG!!! David, Carlos, James and company are THE BEST paintless dent removal guys in Los Angeles county. I have been using David for about twelve years and he has never let me down. I go back and forth between the South Bay and Santa Monica. This most recent incident I got some damage to the roof of my truck. Another PDR guy in the South Bay said it wasnt fixable. David and James used a method called glue pulling. They did it and saved the day!!! I was AMAZED this time. They really out did themselves!!! Thanks SOS!!!

David was incredibly professional throughout a process that can at times be very frustrating and overwhelming. Having someone on your side who truly puts service at the forefront of every action is a a difficult thing to find. This describes my experience with David and SOS Autocraft. They eased my mind throughout the entire process. It was truly amazing having someone who not only has a moral code but acts upon it with integrity to offer the best possible service to their client. Having your car damaged (in my case, from a hit and run) and having to deal with an insurance (in my case, Mercury) is not a desirable situation to be in. Outstanding Workmanship! I came in for an estimate after backing into a pipe creating a deep 5 inch wide dent in the upper rear left side of my MBZ. Other shops told me the entire quarter panel had to be removed, repaired and repainted. SOS Autocraft determined it could be done by a paint-less dent removal process and the repair would look at least 90% to the original. They also stated if I didnt like it I could go the other route. Not only was the repair fast, its undetectable!!! On a brighter note their cost was substantially lower than what other repair shops quoted. I love a company that can over deliver, will use them in the future and can freely recommend them.

I had my CLS 500 window broken. And found sos autocraft online its right by my house. And I have to say the people there are amazing and have great integrity. They did an amazing job and really worked with me on the labor price because I was in a jam. I definitely recommend this place!

Someone opened their door into the side of my truck (in two spots) denting it badly right on a body line. Even though a reputable shop told me that it could not be repaired by PDR (painless dent repair), I decided to get a second opinion from SOS dent, and Im very glad I did.Despite the fact that the dents were in very thick sheet metal that had a stamped body line on it, SOS dent was able to make it disappear with their PDR magic. For me, that meant no filling, re-spraying, headaches, or big expensive bills. Instead, for a few hundred dollars, I was back on the road in a few hours with a perfect car once again.Their staff is warm and friendly, and their shop is clean and professional. They explained everything and took their time to make sure the work they did was perfect. Every detail was considered and they went the extra mile to ensure the repair was completely undetectable. PDR is an incredibly skilled art form that most shops are not capable of doing, but these guys have it mastered. Their customer service was top notch, and they even stopped traffic on their street to help me back out of the driveway during rush hour.I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Their workmanship and customer relations are top of the line, and they do it all for a VERY fair price.

Terrible experience. Requested two PDR repairs. Neither were possible and had to be either repainted or hot-glued and pulled which was only up to 50% possible, yet he charged me a full cost of a PDR repair. This was on not one but two dents. To add insult to injury, they dont even have safe parking anywhere for customers to get estimates or schedule appointments. If you think this isnt a big deal, me and several others (if not many) have gotten parking tickets because of this. Plenty of other shops provide safe parking but why doesnt this shop have one? It baffles me.

David has been extremely helpful and he is a real pro. He performed 2-3 paintless dent removal on my new Passat a few years back. An accident happened to me two weeks ago in a rainy night. The garage door got too heavy after accumulating too much water and dropped right on my car when I was backing it in the garage. The next day I discovered some terrible scratches on the roof and trunk lid and I knew it was gonna cost me BIG TIME. I got an estimate of $1100+ from a body shop in Santa Monica and they said that they would have to repaint the roof and trunk lid. I declined the offer and thought that I might get a cheap fix somewhere else. I found a Latino guy from Craigslist who claimed that he could fix it for $350 - too good to be true and OH MY GOD he made it worst, completely screwed up the clear coat of unaffected area on the roof and trunk lid, sprayed some touch up paint and covered it with turtle wax. When I removed the wax a few hours later and the scratches were still noticeable. I was completely pissed for spending $350 on this Mickey Mouse job. I asked David again to help me on this one. David explained the process and what he was going to do. He also matched the price offered by the body shop in Santa Monica. My car was ready the day before the estimated completion and it looked perfect again. I have learned two lessons from this accident: 1) Never use those cheap auto repair guys on Craigslist because they are liars, cheaters and wont get the job done right, and 2) ASK DAVID OF SOS AUTOCRAFT IMMEDIATELY AND YOU HAVE NO MORE WORRIES.
