My husband and I recently decided to move from Southern California back east and needed our home packed up as well as all my odd-shaped, precious one-of-a-kind items (signage, art, odd-shaped items, etc.) securely wrapped/protected and, where possible, crated and boxed. The job was huge.The Tidy Haus team, led by their founder, David, and supported by two amazing packers, Lisa and Lysette, exceeded our expectations and were better than any other team we had hired. From the quality of their packing supplies to the efficiency of their work, my husband and I were very pleased.The specialty work David led was exceptional. Not only did they hand-build the art crates to secure our many pieces of one-of-a-kind art and picker items but the custom cut boxes and protective solutions for old illuminated signs and odd-shaped items was super-thoughtful.This was not easy work--not to mention the 92 degree heat--but the Tidy Haus team lived up to its reputation in Yelp and Google and Im very pleased we hired them. My husband and I highly recommend this smart, cost-effective and hard-working team.

David and the amazing packing team were incredibly sensitive dealing with packing our friend’s apartment after the passing of her spouse. It was very important for them to handle all items with care in case they were sentimental, and they did a wonderful job. I would enthusiastically recommend this company.

I knew I needed help when moving into my new home which was smaller than the old home. I found Tidy Haus on Google and had a call with their cofounder, David, who helped me understand how it all works. He was so helpful. He then introduced me to one of his home organizers who David said was so important to make sure there was a personality fit and that we shared a similar vision of what I was looking for. Gina came and visited and we did a free walk-through of my home and stuff. They gave me a proposal that made everything totally understandable including the suggested number of sessions and costs as well as the amount of time they thought they should reserve for shopping for storage that would be perfect for me, and also included an estimate for hauling since I knew I needed a few pieces of furniture removed from my old home before I moved.Honestly, I could not believe how easy they made it. Way better than just hiring simple unpacking people. Im also having Tidy Haus install my video security and home theater as well as set me up with a gardener and landscaper. So grateful to David and Gina and their team.

I and my fiancé were new to LA, having moved from Colorado. I found Tidy Haus in Google and was impressed first by their website but then by their team who handled us. First, their salesperson was very responsive, like immediately, and he asked great questions to guide the discussion. We have had organizers and helpers with packing and unpacking before so I knew from the questions that the salesperson, David, was asking, that this company really knew how to craft a successful project.We decided to hire Tidy Haus after they gave us a very fair estimate and their agreements were simple and clear, without any hidden fees. Just felt very modern and professional, very concierge-like.The project was to unpack us starting on the day we arrived, making sure that we had the basics ready the same day. The Tidy Haus team had four people, all of whom had some special talent—a couple were master organizers, one was great at hanging art, another was a kitchen and closet organizer, and we even had TVs custom hung and cabling and AC fixes done by Tidy Haus’s handyman. When one of the TVs in a complex positioning situation wasn’t quite right, Tidy Haus updated the position at no additional charge. It was just very clear that our 100% happiness was their goal. At the end of the project they brought in their deep cleaning team who really knocked it out of the park. Within 3 days we were in a totally perfect home as if we had been living there for years (except tidier).Really can’t say enough good things about the Tidy Haus team. They’re a serious professional services firm but they make it seem so personalized and mom-and-pop. Highly recommend them for your projects.
I could not be happier with the service I received from Tidy Haus. I had recently moved into a new apartment with strange storage options and had no place to put many of my belongings and my TV was sitting on the floor. I also had no time or interest to sort it out on my own and needed help big time. On a bit of a desperate whim I googled organizers (a service I’ve never used before) and stumbled upon Tidy Haus. What sold me was the media organization so I dropped them a line and heard back from David almost immediately. Within a few hours we had scheduled a consultation, discussed a strategy and paired me up with Leslie (who worked in fashion and would not be daunted by my semi massive clothing and shoe collection) and David to help with personal and media organization. First off they do excellent work...my closets look amazing and everything now has a place that is not my floor or countertop! Second, I think what I appreciated most was how personalized everything was to me (even helped find, order and purchase the right shelving and organizational systems) and the communication throughout was stellar. I will without hesitation use them again and refer them to anyone who cares to ask me!
