Thymele was a great place to hold an event. They were very helpful with all of my questions and the space was very eclectic and cool. The capacity for their big space is 250, and the performance side of the big space can hold about 90 people. It all depends on how you set it up. They just had LED track lighting installed that changes colors and lights the performance area, plus theres also a PA system (for speaking people only, not for bands) and a coffee bar area with a fridge. As well as a box office lounge area. It really is a wonderful space. Plus I cant say enough about how helpful the people were.

Nice rehearsal space, light, well kept, close to freeway, easy to find. Love the bathroom signs! Parking can be difficult so allow time.

I have rehearsed here for an immerse theater gig and that was great, but now I attend acting classes here... I could do without the random parties disturbing us during our classes. We have to go out and ask them to hush while we are in class. Which isnt the party goers fault. Its booking parties and classes on same night. So once Thymele situates that Id say 5 stars

Thymele Arts is such a great resource for artists of all kinds. I have been there so many times for so many different things. I have seen shows there, I have rented space to produce my own shows there. I have attended rehearsals and auditions there, I have rented space to conduct my own auditions and rehearsals there. I have attended all kinds of community gatherings and meetings there. John and the team are absolutely amazing and will do so much to make sure you enjoy your experience there. The community is so lucky to have this space.

Ive rehearsed and have seen shows at this location. Its a pretty neat space. The rooms are spacious and the staff very polite.

I went to writersclass that they hold Abbey Tuesday night. Its free and lots of fun! Theres many wonderful things happening over there!

Great space, brilliant performance, amazing staff, horrible parking...Ill try to see more performances at this location, but need to arrive with plenty of time to be able to find a place to park...Not the nicest area to walk alone at night if you are a female...

An incredible space that is keeping the arts alive. There are a few different spaces here suited to different kinds of performances and crowds, all of them unique and quite intimate. If you can support a show here, you will definitely be very impressed!

Had no idea the gallery/studio space was there until a friend invited me to his improv groups performance there. Parking is tough and the location is just a door in the building without any permanent signage, so easy to miss. Inside its similar to Art Share LA downtown - lots of artist studios, a couple of gallery spaces, a 20 seat performance space and a maze of corridors with artworks on display. I love LA. Hidden delights everywhere.

Great space for rehearsals--of anything you can dream up!

We study drama here. Very open space with about 7 or so rooms inside. Definitely a creatives home/hub. The parking isnt the best, but we manage well ;)

Thymele Arts is a wonderful space for Artist right in east Hollywood on the corner of western and Santa Monica.I booked the conference room and shot a scene there. John who I believe is the owner took care of me while was there.Definitely coming back!!!Thanks John

Love this place! Couldnt ask for a better proprietor and the various spaces are fantastic. Ive hosted several events here and will continue to book at Thymele.

Easy space to book for rehearsals and performances - really reasonable rates and very easy to work with. Ive rented spaces for improv rehearsals and shows and have always had a good experience there.

Rooms,walls and floors with filthy. Old decrepit building. One bathroom for whole facilities. Disgusting also chipped tile work. NEVER will go again!!!
