I absolutely love this place! Today was my first time getting a cut and style at Primrose Organics salon, and I have finally found my new salon to go to. cut and styled my curly/wavy hair to perfection. She was the first stylist to understand my hair and what I wanted. She let me know everything she was doing from start to finish. Cant wait for my next visit!

Easily one of the WORST haircuts, and WORST salon experiences of my entire life!!! Please do NOT make the same mistake that I did by going by the reviews on this salons website (where, not surprisingly, because theyre cherry-picked, they have a BOGUS 5-STAR RATING!!!). I too was invited by email to review the salon after the debacle that was my haircut, and Im quite sure my entirely negative review would have never made the cut (scuse the pun). Id also been referred to this place by someone who (I found out later) had not been to Felicia Howe (the salons owner and the architect of my awful cut) in several YEARS! Well, I guess in the interim this owner has gone to the dark side. She is shockingly rude and callous and though she bills herself as a specialist in cutting long, thick, naturally curly hair -- in truth, shes TERRIBLE!!! I told her I wanted no more than 3- 4 taken off my long hair — which used to be down past the middle of my back. Not only was I horrified to discover that shed hacked off (not kidding!) 8- 9 of my formerly beautiful hair, but the rest was layered into a thatched mess. A month later and its growing out even worse! It will take MONTHS & MONTHS for my hair to grow out enough to where I can even TRY to get it re-cut/fixed by someone else. And after this horrible experience, I actually went to that other review site (you know, the one that starts with Y and ends with a P?) and read some of her real reviews. Turns out, Im not surprisingly not alone in having my long hair butchered! (I’d swear this salon is selling hair on the side!!!) Please read those reviews (including my much longer version there) for the full story and stay far, FAR away from this place, the nasty owner with her own weird agenda (again, please read the other review) if you value your hair, and being treated like a human being. Seriously, folks. Whoever garnered this place these excellent reviews, is no longer at this salon. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!!

I got my hair done a couple of times andi can honestly say that they are a goodservice.They always do my hair likei request it and even suggest good hairtips. Love there friendly workers.

I cant praise Brandon enough! Heres what happens when I walk into Primrose Organics once a month:I stumble in, with hair in a rats nest falling in my face and obstructing my view. Brandon shudders, then takes me into his chair for an hour or so. Not only do we have conversations that never go dull, but Brandon doesnt rest until my hair is perfect in his vision, and more importantly, mine. If you go anywhere else, you may as well burn your hair. This is where its at, ladies and gentlemen.
