Incredibly bad customer service. Didnt even have a chance to get a quote. No one returned a call, New York office kept answering the phone, no communication with the Los Angeles Office. This was over two days. There are much more communicative companies out there. Try Clay Lacy, Dreamline, or Crysler Aviation.
