Those negative comments are surely spam. Webit MD team has been incredibly honest and never tried to up sell us on anything. We have been working with them for years! And as a medical corporation we need to work with very reputable companies.

I contacted Mark to get information on the upcoming GYBO event at the end of October. Unfortunately the quality of customer service I experienced from them was below a professional level. I was told that I am not a good fit for the event, that is an event for businesses who spend 20K on Google advertising and have many years of on-line promotions. Yet the GYBO workshop is made for small businesses to learn the basics of how customers find your business online and how to promote your online presence with methods like search engine optimization (SEO) and online advertising and also introduce tools to help you run your business online, including Google Analytics and Google Apps for Work.It is very discouraging to come to your business reaching out to your team to learn and gain knowledge on how to improve various aspects of a small business on-line presence and end up getting treated with a very low customer service quality. Makes me feel very discourage from actually learning anything from the upcoming workshop where it seems clear its a way for you to target new potential clients instead of helping the local small business owners grow their business online.Last but not least what made things worst was Mark asking me to remove my 1 star review saying that as a business owner I should understand how it can affect and hurt a business. Mark, I absolutely do know that and that is why I always treat my current and potential new clients with a top quality customer service experience from the moment of initial contact and in a professional manner. You provided me with a very low customer service quality and my experience with your company reflects with my review rating.
