The office was very clean and neat. All the staff were very friendly and the PA was very thorough during my first visit. I felt very satisfied with what we discussed as my options. Looking forward to my next visit in the fall.

My aesthetician, Anna, is very diligent and the treatment itself is great.Tip for anyone reading this: the staff I interacted with at the Los Altos location was nice and helpful, so make sure that you ask to be transferred to this specific location when you call to ensure a better experience.Leaving one star off for now to see if I see consistent positive change.———Original comment:I would not waste my time here unless you don’t care about your time and like being surprised on the day of your appointments that they messed things up and now you have to change your schedule around their mistakes.Staff is extremely rude and the place can’t manage its appointment time at all - sends you a confirmation text with one date and time after you call to book an appointment a few weeks in advance, and on the day of the appointment, insists that it’s always been booked at another time. Their system is just so messy and you will waste a lot of time going back and forth on things you agreed to previously that just gets changed without you agreeing to or even knowing. After 2-3 times of this happening, I’m never coming back.

From the time I called to schedule my appointment, check in, and check out, I had such a pleasant experience. Great customer service and easy parking and access from freeway! Treatment itself for seborrheic keratosis was very straightforward. Dr. Kurkade was professional and made me feel at ease. She was clear on treatment and possible risks (hyperpigmentation). for results in one week but pretty pleased so far! Dr. Berman passed out a surprise treat of a protein bar while checking out which was nice.

I went in to get these tiny bumps and slightly red area on my face treated. I dont even remember what theyre called or what equipment was used, but Dr. Lai was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. The treatments werent painful or even uncomfortable at all, and it was all handled in just minutes. I was also glad to see all the staff observing safety protocols and wearing masks, etc.Overall, the clinic was pretty quiet, and it was good to see that they werent severely overbooked. At the time of my visit, there was only one other patient filling out paperwork, and people werent stuffed into a waiting room or anything like that.

I have been a patient at Berman for nearly seven years. I have worked with Ebu and she has given me great tools and confidence in how to care for my aging skin. She did several facial and body mole removals which I was very nervous about as well as IPLs and skin checks. She has also given me excellent advice on skin care products and regime. I have grown to trust her and now bring my teenage son to her as well. I am grateful to have found Berman and Ebu.

Very easy to talk to - they truly listen, and if they cant help you they make the effort to find someone who can and ask informed questions. Nobody looked at me like I was crazy when I said the lipomas were the epicenters of my pain (ie. Dercums disease) which is what I normally get as a reaction with new doctors. I am kind of a tricky case, and they walked me through the excision and the pathology process with ease. Would definitely recommend this practice, you wont be disappointed.

Got it shout out!! I’m so happy Dr. Berman suggested Botox.This is my first time for Botox. Doesn’t hurt and he said it generally takes a week. Not even. It’s been alittle over 24 hours and my major frown between my eye brows is almost gone.My appointment was initially to laser my capillaries lines on my face.I did both and can’t be happier!! Thank you Dr. Berman.And let me mention, Dr. Berman is so personable and made me feel so comfortable. Nothing but confidence in him and his staff.

Matt is an excellent health provider. Completely professional + the right amount of human touch.In addition, there was plenty of underground parking for my early morning appointment. The staff helped me get started with my new patient forms on the lobby computer.They use an online patient portal to help manage appointment calendaring and secure communications.

I called as a new patient hoping to get an appointment. They had a cancellation and got me in the same day. I was able to get everything I was coming in for addressed. The staff here, although busy, was very personable. Facility was clean. Best dermatologist appointment experience I’ve ever had!

I have been seeing Matt for several months treating a difficult skin problem that I was told is chronic and very difficult to treat.Matt gave me hope that there was something that could be done with the use of a laser.I am so happy with the great improvement.Matt is especially skilled with lasers and he has a great bed side manner.He is very personable and really cares.
