This is in no way meant for the local chain…Autozone as a business continues to become more and more hungry. Forget the fact they are an all in one shop, and in the converse anyone with a slight familiarity with the magnifying glass can do the job of the personnel on site…Forget the fact any time I go in I know EXACTLY what I need and I pay a PREMIUM for said ability…But let’s go ahead and mention the lack of value on anything worth investing in unless you decide to change your oil every 1000 miles…The fact you treat your points system as an inherent joyous achievement, when you continue to add stipulations so far fetched that IF I were to adhere, my future generations would come to you doing what was wrong…Any of the above should bring the search for answers, or at least questions….

Went in looking for a Optima RedTop battery, had the model number and part number in hand. Dealt with an older gentleman there, when I asked if he had the model number I was looking for, he just pointed me to a rack of batteries with 8 batteries behind him and says, well we have these. 4 are redtop and 4 are yellowtops. At which point, I tell him, I need this specific model number. He then goes to the rack with the batteries on it, doesnt find the model number were looking for and then tells me nope, we dont have the battery youre looking for. So I ask him, can you order this battery? He types in battery into the search bar, all kinds of battery related items pop up but no batteries. He scratches his head. Then he calls the lady manager over, asks her if they can order a battery. She states Did you type in battery on the search bar? At this point I ask if they have a suitable yellowtop battery for my needs. The closest one we could find was $50 more than I was willing to spend. Then, I went to ORielys, gave the gentleman behind the counter my model number and had the exact battery I needed within 30 seconds.

I am new to the area and had a low coolant light come on in my husbands truck. He had recently passed away so I couldnt get him to take care of it. I asked the gentleman on duty for help and he totally handled it for me. I thought a tail light was out but he double checked and they were fine. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes on Labor Day, no less! Exceptional service and reasonably priced.

I bought a replacement battery at the Los Alamos Autozone today. Casey sold it to me, and volunteered to help install it. Well, I stood back, and he did the whole job in a very professional and helpful manner. To say nothing of friendly! Im now a loyal Autozone customer.

Had a question regarding battery discharging on my RV trailer, could have delayed our pending travel trip. Clifford answered the phone, after a few minutes of discussion, he invited to bring it to the parking lot for a few tests he would run. Using his own tools, he resolved the issue, refused any payment and simply said to travel safe. Excellent service when he could have taken a different tactic, but not Cliffords style. Five stars in service and friendly manner.

Lilliana was great! I couldn’t find a certain optima battery I needed for a project, she was quick and precise, knew exactly what I was looking for. With over a decade and a half in parts sales, I’d say she’s got it nailed. Anyone who says these guys don’t know what they’re doing are liars. Thanks Cliff and Lilliana!!!

I went in to buy a new battery for my F150 and received excellent service. Clifford was extremely helpful and even came out and installed the new batter for me, and took the old core. In and out the door in under 15 minutes.

I was driving down from Jemez springs to Los Alamos when my 2001 astro van starting over heating. When I got into town I turned into a strip mall and there was a auto zone. I told the guy what was going on and he said it was my thermostat . He found the one I needed. I was out looking at the motor and he realized I had no idea what to do. He jumped right in and changed it for me. I would still be there if it wasnt for Clifford. Best service I ever had! Thanks big time, Clifford!

Just left Auto Zone in Los Alamos, N.M. We had a dead battery on a Sunday with no repair shops open. A pair of girls (good Samaritans) gave me a ride to the Auto Zone in Los Alamos. Lili let me take their charger pack and we just got the van started. We drove back to Auto Zone, they did a diagnostic on the key fob and battery. Cliff installed a brand new battery very quickly and professionally. Our vacation was saved!! Many thanks to Lili and Cliff for their help, we really were in a jam!

I came in with a battery issues that had actually caused my vehicle to shut off while driving earlier in the day. I was nervous about making it home. Cliff showed me the parts I needed and made sure everything was together and in working order before I left the parking lot. Incredible service and also just a nice guy in general.

Love these guys. Came in 30 minutes before close needing a replacement battery (had jumped the car and driven straight to the store). They replaced it in the cold, rain, and dark, and even replaced a blinker that was out while they were at it. Tried to tip and employee refused, so I figured a great review was the next best thing.

This is a pretty good auto parts store one of the two good ones here in town. theyre a chain and they can get most anything you need delivered within a day or two but they dont have it on the shelves.Im not a fan of rewards programs, and AutoZone does have one which is generous but has some pretty strict daily limits to qualify. So one thing I wish they would change

Pretty good place for a small town. If they dont have it, they can usually get it within a day and the folks who work there are friendly and helpful.

I needed a new battery, Clifford checked it and put it in my car. It is not an easy task on these new cars. Timothy sold me the battery, they both have great customer service skills. Great job.

Showed up early this morning to the autozone as distressed millennials. Our engine had overheated and the handsome young man Diego came to our aid. He swiftly directed us to the resources and antifreeze we needed. He then proceeded to diagnosis our car problem. Like the volcanic mountains around us he stoically and beautifully resolved our issue. We thought we were going to be stranded or need a new engine. We will never forget you Diego thank you.Very professional and patient. We really appreciate yalls help.
