A good mechanic is hard to find...A great mechanic rarer still.

Today I have found my new car repair person, Brian.He was extremely helpful to me when I had a problem getting into my car, right after surgery. It is great to know there are competent and kind people who actually care about other people.I am so grateful.

My vehicle was recently t-boned at the left rear door and fender. As anticipated insurance totaled it and I bought it back. I was able to push out the fender to prevent cutting the tire and could not see any obvious suspension or frame damage but know the alignment machine can. Sure enough the left rear wheel was way out of spec. They were able to make necessary “modification” to get back to correct spec. Very knowledgeable and skilled shop!

This place is great. Very friendly. My wife and are on our honeymoon traveling across country and we roasted our breaks going down a mountain. We told the shop about what happened and they took us in right away to make sure we could get back on the road and enjoy our honeymoon. The owner was so friendly, he even offered to drive my wife and I into town to visit a local museum while we were waiting. Great service. New York could learn a thing or two from places like this.

The nicest man helped me with an emergency with my Sprinter today. Thank you so much for the help and for listening to my panicked rambling.

AutoDoc has always fixed my car with quick and honest work. I would highly recommend AutoDoc over the other shops in Los Alamos.

They fixed my wifes old A6 and in the process I learned some cool stuff about the difference in marketing approaches used by the European car companies when they sell in the US.

Brian was always honest and dependable. He and his team are very skilled, and they were able to easily diagnose issues that I probably would have had the run-around at other places. Anyone that has had the Jeep death-wobble knows what Im talking about, and Brian was able to diagnose mine in about 20 minutes of looking under the vehicle and combining what he saw with the specific symptoms I described to him. He really knows his stuff on top of being a cool guy too.Hes also good at telling you the things that actually really need to get fixed vs anything that isnt 100% perfect. Im picky about who I bring my cars to and I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a reliable place in LA.

Squeezed me in without appt, fixed the problem quickly, reasonable cost. Their staff is all great! They are now my doc.

Excellent service and they are very knowledgeable. I felt like they really took the time to explain the various components to me. Ive gone to a few other shops before I found this one, but this is the only place I go now.

Great mechanic!

Pretty expensive. They were fast and courteous, but I went in to get my windshield wipers repaired and an hour later shelled out $400. They didn’t even actually fix them either, there was a loose part and they adjusted it. I still have the same windshield wiper motor. Their hourly rate is higher than at the dealer.

Eric was fantastic, quick, and competent mechanic. Will be coming here going forward.
