The most affordable furnished one-bedrooms in Los Alamos. The location is great (within 1 mi from downtown), and the units are spacious and look nice inside. The bathroom and the kitchen in my apartment look renovated and are very spacious. Many thanks to Susie, David, and guys from the team for prompt and quality service on those rare occasions when some issue arises. Susie and David make me feel like a part of the big Aspen family, not just a tenant.

Fantastic apartments! They are vary well-priced and the accommodations are perfect for someone looking for a studio apartment. The maintenance staff and management are very prompt, polite, and good at their jobs.I live here while working at the lab and it takes me about 3 minutes to get to the main gate.Major Cons:- Not all of the units are renovated yet, but they told me theyre working on that.Major Pros:- Utilities, garbage, and even Wi-Fi are included in rent. That was a first for me!
