Javier Mota is a fine gentleman. I went in to make posters for m lost cat and he did all the work himself. I had 50 copies made to give to my neighbors and he lent me his big stapler to hang my posters to trees! I have been going to him since he opened and I am sorry it has taken me so long for a review. His employees are awesome too! I hope everyone will go to him for their shipping needs!

The employee should be trained how to interact with the customer. I went there to pick up the package after getting the UPS paper notice at the door.He asked me who was that for. I paused for a moment because I have no idea because I did not get the package yet and the UPS paper notice didnt mention it. He asked my last name and I answered. He bluntly said I couldnt give you because there is no package for that last name. Sounded like he has a package in different last name.. I paused again because there are other family name at my house.I felt like I was trying to steal other persons package base on his attitude.I asked if there is any package for my address.He said no. He should have told it from the beginning.I asked what is this UPS paper notice for? He bluntly said I have no idea. He didnt even try to check tracking information on the UPS paper notice.

We are from out of town and stopped here for some notary, printing and shipping services. The staff was super quick and friendly. Didnt even charge us when we come back later because we made some mistakes on our notary paperwork.Highly recommend!!

I had to return some amazon items and the first time I went to the UPS store in seal beach, that was not an easy fast. THIS TIME, I came here and had they best experience yet. Super friendly and took less than three minutes, literally!!! Please come visit our neighborhood UPS store, you won’t be disappointed. Show them your amazon upc’s and leave the item! They gave me a receipt and within a few hours amazon posted my refund! Thanks again guys.

I called in earlier morning and I was told they did Notary all day. Went in at 6 and some big guy told me they were closing. Wt%

I had been having a problem getting pickup by UPS for an Amazon return. I went t the store and the staff there went way out of there way to help me get it resolved. They got the phone with Amazon for me and got the label emailed to me so I could email to them and the package could be return. First class and very friendly service.

Im glad they are open on weekends for those who cant make it on weekdays. They are great.
