I got an electric fireplace made by your company and it worked about a month. It was purchased thru Fingerhut. They wont take it back because it was bought slightly over 3 months ago. I cant get in touch with the number they gave me. Im out nearly $400.00!

The management group fail to treat employees with dignity and respect. An 8 - 10 hour shift and no food permitted in the building for workers to fuel their bodies. Also, drove an industrial lift truck for hours without relief, poor lighting and unsafe conditions. The place is jam packed with consumer goods made in China--

My husband is a former employee thru legacy. This is his view company is a joke. They will try to work you 80 hours when it is convenient for them and make sure you only have 40 hours when the season is over. My experience there is the company dont care about the employees at all.

They dont care about you, to them they can replace you in minutes. Also if your buddies with the boss and someone breaks into your car they get away with it and you get fired crazy thing....

I purchased a red solar umbrella with a 2 year warranty from Home Depo trademark Global is the manufacturer. I used it 7 months and it has faded to the point it is no longer red to match my decor. I went to HD and was told they have a 90 day return policy I would have to deal with the manufacturer. I called every extension says leave a message no call back, I have e mailed twice no responseBUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

After 15 years of doing business with Trademark Commerce, I will be now taking my business to BryBelly. CONSISTENTLY my orders are wrong, or damaged, or both.The most recent order was for 20 10-slot casino trays. You sent 9-slots instead. (The Packing list even says 10-slots). The raffle drum I purchased is destroyed beyond belief. (This is NOT a shipping problem, as the box it cam in was in perfect shape. Your packager shipped me a destroyed raffle drum.) I ordered 20 yards of speed cloth (WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH YOUR SALES AGENT) You did not ship it, but cancelled the order. BUT you had the nerve to only refund the actual cost of the cloth, and you have kept the shipping and handling fee.This is just part of a long list of complaints that i have had with your company over the years. Ive routinely been shipped incomplete orders. Wrong orders. Broken equipment including expensive Wooden Roulette wheels that werent packaged correctly in the first place.When I confront your customer service, I am told to file a claim with UPS for damaged goods. Its NOT damaged by UPS. The packages have always been in great shape, it is the staff at YOUR company that is deliberately shipping broken, missing, or incorrect items.You have lost a client forever. My office locations from around the US have been informed to no longer do business with you. I will also be attending a convention in Las Vegas in July of like minded business. I plan on informing them of your company and encourage them to stay away.

I worked there for almost 5 yrs, and they fired me, because they stated that I wasnt doing my job. When I never missed a work day unless I was in the hospital. I was shorted 80 hrs from my pay check and still havent received it, 40 hrs of my vacation that it wasnt given to me. You have to work 1 year to be hired in, and after getting hired they start you off at $12, and you dont get a yearly raise. You get what they give you, and you give them sweat and blood just to keep your job. They dont realize that we also have families and we would like to enjoy our lives as well! Management there only want one thing, and that is how much money can they make that year. They dont realize that the things they send out is sometimes damaged. They are the ones making a bad name for the company, not the employees!

I still havent received my last check, and that was a weeks pay in 1/7/18 plus 40hrs of my vacation that I put in 12/27/18! I still havent received my W2 Foarms yet either. That place needs to be shut down, because if youre not in their group then they will fire you. They expect you to work like slave, and they dont appreciate the work you do, as long as they are making money. Its the employees that are working that make Trademark not the Manager or the Owner. Someone needs to contact OSHA or the Better Work Burea on them, because they are crooks, and something needs to be done about it !

When you call the voicemail says they care about your call.. I have been calling for months about my daughters Christmas present remote control ride in car that broke after a month of barely any use. Your lucky Im in California or Id be at your front door. Terrible company

DO NOT order from this company. On websites they are listed as dcg wholesale. I placed an order for a melanie quilt $76. As soon as I hit submit I seen the same for $31. So I tried to cancel and placed order for $31 one. When I rcvd both identical quilts, they are both from dcg also (trademark global). But now they want me to pay to return and 15% of $76 restocking fee even tho second quilt came from their warehouse. You and Houzz suck. Wont be ordering again!
