I woke up to a dead car every morning so I took it to this autozone to get tested, I was helped by Mr. Turbo. The service was amazing, he checked my battery and alternator, and the battery came back bad. He put my new one in for me quickly! He was also nice enough to clean my terminals. Great service! I will definitely be back.

Poor customer service….Had a battery issue while driving home. Called 10 min before to see if they could test it and they told me not to come and try again in the morning. I made it there before closing and someone reluctantly “tested “ my battery. Told me it was an alternator and to tow it to a shop. Had it towed and the repair person said alternator was fine and just needed a battery replacement. So it seems Autozone may not have wanted to replace the battery since it was near closing. Really disappointing experience.

Ordered a sway bar end link was made to pay for it up front.(not sure why I was made to pay for something they didnt have in stock upfront) but assured it would be at the store in one day well here it is 3 days later and now they start telling me its all on fedex.I could of just ordered next day with amazon prime.

The staff member that kept stocking while about customers are waiting in line is atrocious...the policy should be handled the customers that are there ... The bird in the hand is better than 10 in the bush...

Just like every other AutoZone but dont go on a rainy day as their roof leaks everywhere!

Today around 1 pm. I dropped off my car battery. They told me they will call me once it’s finished charging. I came back at 6pm, they said they would call me and I never received a call from them. I went inside to pick up my battery and they told me it was dead and I needed a new battery, I didn’t have time, so I asked them to give me back my battery. Once I came home I asked my boyfriend to check if the battery was truly dead, to our finding the battery was not dead and the car battery worked. I did not appreciate that they lied to us telling us the battery was dead when it wasn’t. Would not recommend coming here.

I bought a car wash brush with a hose attachment at a different location yesterday. It was never used with stickers still on it because when I got home I realized the water valve was broken. I walked in to do and even swap with another brush at this location and ask the guy if I could swap it out for one exactly the same. He rolls his eyes and simply says no, not another word. When I ask why, very rudely he he replys without a receipt I cant do anything. With in Oreillys auto parts and their amazing customer service located directly across the street I dont see why anyone would shop here.

Sales associate was helpful and friendly. Showed me want I wanted. He walked to my car to make sure they fit properly. Overall a good shopping experience. Definitely will use the store in the future.

The staff was not helpful at all. Tried to read the errors on my car, every time i came back with the mashine had to wait for 5min and was getting answer thst it did not read anything.

We had such a great experience at this AutoZone (store #2470) thanks to Jomar. We went in looking for replacement wiper blades, and the blade sizes listed on both the RainX website and the store system were inaccurate. Jomar went above and beyond with helping us get the correct size and made sure that everything was correct for us before we left the store.

Came in for rotors and pads. Glenn cashed me out and Yudy helped me carry the parts outside. Quick and excellent service.

I know, just an auto parts store they are all the same right? Not here I went to 3 different stores prior to here and I didnt feel confident with any of them. Until I met Jomar he did an awesome job made sure the job was done right replaced the battery and did not tell me to go home do it myself and bring the cores back like your competitor **** COUGH ADVANCED AUTO COUGH**** I have to give Jomar props he was professional personable and willing to take the time to get the job done right. You have a great employee here management dont let the good ones go. He is why I will keep coming back.

The personnel that work there are very nice and know about almost every thing in the store. It seemed to me they were very experienced and I enjoyed the fact, they come outside and will connect your battery or change or windshield wipers.

The people here are so nice. I bought windshield wipers and asked them to put them on for me and he did it for me in about 2 minutes. It probably would have taken me at least fifteen minutes. Very happy and will continue to come here.

Ive been shopping at this Auto Zone for years and have never had a problem. Part of my loyalty, I admit, is to the chain but Ive never been disappointed. Sometimes, though, I have managed to try to get things that just arent stocked anywhere. With automotive stuff, its difficult.

Went in and asked for them to do a reading on the car to see what was wrong, they did the reading, told us what we needed to buy/replace, bought those, when to an auto shop and we were told that those items were COMPLETELY wrong. Proceeded to try to get a return in order and get the actual items we needed shipped in, 2 different associates were rude and attempted to get off the phone line as quick as possible. Horrible service with a smile.

I showed up an hour before close with the need for a new battery. Juan was so helpful and nice, the battery I needed was in stock and he installed it for me. Great experience.

Ok maybe the guy was having a bad day. But my car just stopped in the middle of the road and I needed help thought that was what this place is for.We already knew what part we needed so, called about the part went in to get part.Walked in to ask the guy where the part was. Man rolled his eyes, pointed in the direction of where part was. Then when tried to ask him a question he walked away! Wow unbelievable!! Will not be going here againVery disappointed

So I stopped by a car shop another day to scan my Check engine light error, so charged me $40 and couldnt get job done. I went to AutoZone and this guys were able to tell me what was my problem and offer me parts.Great job!

Battery was tested and replaced by Izzy. He did a great job. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He even replaced the wiper blades I bought. Would definitely recommend him and Autozone to others.

Very lazy employee tried to tell me that the cheaper wipers were best for my vehicle because they already were slide types. I could see the adapters in the packs. I just went across the street to OReilly and purchased $40 worth of great wipers from energetic, engaged employees.

I thought I needed a brake light, but when Lenny (an employee) helped me put it in, the bulb had just came loose. He offered to refund my money. This is GREAT customer service!! This will be my parts store from now on.

Stood 15min in front of the register and they only ask me one thing. The phone rings and i waited for a minute for the employee answer the phone. After that he kept on going and saw me like three time in the same spot and didnt even ask if i needed something else. Well i was gonna buy a bunch of stuff for my car. Easily like $800 or more of stuff. It seems Auto Advance is the one who gonna win that profit.

Took a bad alternator for warranty. They have to test it to make sure i wasnt wrong in my troubleshoot. They gave me another one. Put it in the car and only get 12v reading with a brand new battery. Call store they told me as long its more than 12v alternator is good... Old alternator with the car running output 14.19v...
