I came in because my network was down and the manager, Robert, was extremely helpful getting everything sorted out and working again. I also was due for an upgrade and he showed me all the new options available and was very efficient helping me get everything set up. Im thrilled that they even had the new Samsung flip phone in stock. I highly recommend this at&t store to anyone looking to upgrade their phone and recommend Robert to help with any issues.

Longwood is a great store! Good location, easy parking and very knowledgeable, helpful techs. Brought my phone in because of constant notifications of malware and Christian fixed in within minutes...removed the scam. Also spoke with Robert previously and all were very informative and courteous.

I’m not sure who the manger is because I forgot his name but god was he great! I’ve never been to a phone store at which I had no questions after speaking to a person. I can tell the rest of the team is great as well. Super clean place and overall comfort. I’d give this place 100 stars!!!

It was pretty aggravating showing up at the store at 7:25 and finding out they were closed. The website and the front door say they close at 8 on weekdays. There was someone in the store who glanced at me for a second then ignored me. Would have been nice to at least be acknowledged and maybe he can confirm they closed early.

Moe took his time going through phone and plan options to best fit our needs! He didn’t try to push products on us that we didn’t need. Thanks for the amazing service and saving us money.

Christian is awesome! If you’re looking for a cell phone I honestly wouldn’t work with anyone else. I was having trouble with cell service through xfinity mobile and Christian helped me save almost $100 a month by switching to AT&T. Not only that but he was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to communicate with. I won’t deal with anyone else for my cell phone needs in the future. Give this guy a promotion!
