Wekiva Screen Repair did a wonderful job for me replaced a screened patio and roof. The owner is Brian and he along with Rick kept in touch with me givimg me updates and information. There was some delay due to weather but still contacted me keeping me informed. The workers and quality are both phenomenal. Very highly recommend this company.

After seeing all the good reviews, hired them to have a lanai installed. I guess the good reviews are for small jobs & rescreens. When it comes to a new installation Brian & his crew didn’t have a clue. Had to hire another company to correct everything & actually pull the required permit.Edit: It’s sad you would deny having done the work in an effort to lure future customer. Stick to small repair & don’t get in over your head with projects you can’t do correctly.

I was VERY impressed with the professionalism, service and politeness of the technicians Kevin and Addison who came and replaced 13 screens at my home. They were quick and did a wonderful job. I would use this company again.

Contacted them late Wednesday, got an estimate early Thursday, work completed and looked fantastic by early afternoon Friday. This was a complete screen repair and replacement from a very out of shape screen enclosure. Before and after shot included.Everyone was friendly, prompt, and courteous. Will use them if anything comes up in the future, for sure.

I was able to get an estimate within 24 hours and the team came out a week later, could have been sooner but I needed a tree removed. Finished re-screening the whole porch in 1 day. The next morning my dog ran through the screen (Friday) by Monday morning I had somebody repairing. They did a great job and great responsiveness.

They did a great job on the screen. If there are any issues, they will make sure to get the job done right. Rick/Brian were very patient and responsive to all my questions.

We had door arms and handles replaced. One door that needed completely new hinges. Also two upper and one lower screen panel replaced. This is the second time we have used them.

This company is beyond awesome! I am currently in Virginia and about to be deployed overseas. My house is in Orlando, Fl and was severely damaged because of the hurricane. A big tree fell on our pool enclosure and damaged one third of it, breaking the structure and tearing the screens. Being tight with time and money because of all the other repairs which the insurance company refused to pay any of, I contacted several companies from Home Advisor who had good reviews to repair my pool enclosure. By far, Brian from Wekiva Screen Repairs was the most professional, helpful and reasonably priced company. He answered my text message immediately, was at the house the next day and gave me an estimate. I told Brian about my situation and he promised to start the work immediately and finish it in two days, which he did. I even asked him for a discount to help me with all the unexpected expenses that I was confronted with. He was so kind and gracious and gave me a significant discount. Brian went to the house, repaired the enclosure, cleaned up after the work was done and sent me pictures of before and after. All this through text messages. There are no words that can describe how thankful and grateful I am to this kind and professional man. Just had my screen completely redone around our pool. The workers came out and within a few hours they had taken down old screen and installed new screen. Cleaned up area and left. Later Rick came out for final inspection, picked up a few things around the yard, checked screen, and even wanted to wash my patio down. I highly recommend this company for any type of screen repair. Brian and his team did such a great job and at a very reasonable price. I requested an estimate online and he was here the next day and my pool screen was re-screened a few days later and they even replaced the two screen doors in the cage at cost! The install team was on time and professional. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely use them again whenever we need repairs down the road.

I got off to a rocky start due to some scheduling conflicts and miscommunications but Brian stepped up and came out immediately to help with the problems with my screen enclosure, his price was great and the crew that came out to finish was professional and efficient. My almost 30 year old screen enclosure looks great and I would recommend Wekiva screen repair to anyone. I will definitely use them again.

I called Brian earlier this week to get a quote about a few screen repairs. He responded promptly, arrived for an estimate the next day, and scheduled his employee to repair my screens the following day. My new screens look amazing, and Brian also provided some (much needed) advice on how to clean my existing screens without damaging them.

This is who you call for screen repair. Brian did a great job and does quality work. We had the hurricane blow out several screens on our pool deck, and called everyone. You can imagine, everyone was on a several month wait after a hurricane. Brian was the only one who followed up with me periodically. They did a great job at the lowest price in the area. Then when we had another screen damaged months later, he was out within the week to fix it. I highly recommend Wekiwa screen repair!

I cant say enough good things about this company. They rescreened our pool cage earlier this year and did an great job at a reasonable price. They were polite, professional, and on time.Recently, we had our house painted and the painters needed to remove portions of the top screen to get to the house. Since they couldnt fix the screen, I called Wekiva who came out the same day to repair the screen. This was especially important because we have cats that were used to going onto the lanai and were kind of crazy in the house without their exterior access. Wekiva came out immediately, charged me very little, and again, were wonderful to work with.

Original re-screen of entire lanai went smoothly. One door failed in short order, but they did repair it. After a few calls, they came back to retrieve materials and tools left on the roof. Problem started after hurricane. We waited weeks for repairs. Completely understandable given the events-- everyone needed repair, and we waited. Week of October 9, we were definitely on the schedule for the week. The week passed with nothing, no communication. Repeated calls, texts, trying to find out if someone was coming. We were assured crew coming Monday 10/30. By 6:25 pm that day, my husband was texting asking where they were. The crew was still at another job! No call, no text. Brian insists they were still coming to our house afterwards (really?) but we declined to have work done after dark or when we were not home. After I posted an account of my experience on Facebook, Brian immediately called me (a first) to berate me for my review. While I realize they are busy, they were completely unprofessional and never call, text, or give any indication that they are failing to show up. Would never use them again, nor recommend them to others. Brian finally sent someone here today-- the worker looked completely unprofessional and quoted a repair price that was roughly ten times what Brian had told my husband by phone. Brian declined to come to the house to even look at the work.

After meeting with several screen repair companies, I had nearly given up on the issue I was having with my super gutter. It was an old 4” wide gutter that is not produced anymore. My entire rear roof line runs to this gutter and it would overflow like a waterfall with any significant rain. I finally reached out to Brian with Wekiiva Screen Repairs and they were able to come up with a solution. They replaced all of my super gutter with a new 5” which was enough to solve the problem. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I was also quoted a fair price for the project. I am a contractor myself and have very high expectations of the people that work for me. I would refer Brian and his team at Wekiva Screen Repairs for any project that you might have.
