Carriers are implementing a McDonald structure: they basically analyze how to save money: like, ditching customer support all together and putting a machine to answer questions LOL! because, though machines cant think yet and some business will be lost, the amount of business they will lose will be smaller than the money they will save by not paying salaries...

Terrible deliveries! I have received most of my packages damaged at the door. Finally I was home one day to hear the box being slammed on my patio. When I opened the door to check the noise I found my box was leaking it’s contents and not even upright. It was as if it was tossed and left leaning on the wall and door. The box was broken along with the items inside. If I could attach a picture I would. I have been reporting complaints for months and still no change.

I was there standing waiting for 15 minutes, watching them chat through the back door. Before I was serviced.

I don’t know what is going on with FedEx but their service lately has been absolutely horrendous. I am absolutely LIVID with FedEx right now. I placed an order from B&H worth over $1,500 for some music equipment. The shipping was FedEx Standard Overnight with a signature required. There was someone at the home all day waiting for my package knowing full well that it was supposed to be signed for. At around 7:30 PM, I decided to check on the status of my package because it hadn’t arrived yet. Well, wouldn’t you know it; status said delivered at 3:27 PM and SIGNED FOR! I looked at my front door and no package left at the door at all. I looked at my camera and no one even came to the door. Whoever this driver is out of Longwood, FL. flat out lied and put that D. Cooper (my husband who’s name is on the label) signed for it. Luckily, I have a camera showing that no FedEx carrier ever came to my door. At precisely 3:27PM, you see me coming home from the pharmacy. Given the time he says he delivered and someone signed for it, you’d expect that I would have crossed paths with him at my front door or even the elevator. When I drove into my parking garage, there wasn’t even a FedEx truck out there. Either FedEx has a thief as a driver that knew full well what was in that box or an incompetent one that happens to be a liar too. I will be going to the Longwood, FL FedEx Ship Center the moment that they open at 10:00am. I hate to be that “Karen”, but this is completely unacceptable. If I didn’t have video evidence, I’d be stuck with paying for this equipment because according to B&H Photo Video Pro Audio, it’s been delivered and signed for. So in this case, yeah….I have to be that “Karen”. I expect this to be fixed one way or the other and for that driver to explain themselves!

They are always very kind, willing to help with any issue.

I ship items for work rather regularly through this FedEx and I would say 2/5 times I arrive there is someone actually at the counter helping customers. Typically there is at least 1 customer standing at the counter with no one helping them each time I come here. My average time at this FedEx location is probably triple what it should be.I find myself traveling an extra 15-20 minutes to the Lake Mary location in order to avoid the wait.When I am helped the employees are friendly just no urgency.

I actually did not know the location was there I had a prior appointment and I googled FedEx shipping I was able to walk in get my receipt in less than 2 minutes great customer service only three customers allowed at a time though that was fine with me one lady who was waiting just tired to go outside and let me come in so kudos to them

This FedEx Ship Center provided great customer service. They posted a requirement to wear a face mask before entering and limited the number of people in the lobby to a maximum of three. I was able to drop off my package quickly and be on my way. No line or wait during my visit.

I shipped a valuable 80 years old harp from Michigan to Sanford Florida. The handle for the hard case got detached from the case with the label and the instrument got lost. I got a notice for pick up but only the handle got delivered. Madelyn and Madrid the store managers at the pickup location in Longwood treat me with kindness and they showed a lot of sympathy for me. They are working around the clock to find my missing shipment. After 2 days of searching and phone calls to trace my shipment, they were able to find it. I didnt receive the instrument yet! But I trust FedEx Longwood staff that they will get it back to me. I will update this review when I get the shipment.

The guy with the heavy northern accent was rude and pushy. No customer service etiquette at all. I was never able to conduct my business transaction.

If I could give them NO STARS I would. The customer service is HORRIBLE the worst I’ve ever experienced with any shipping company. The drivers and staff at this local facility lie and say that they attempt deliveries on insured expensive packages and home security shows they never even came to property at the time they claim! They will not allow you to speak to a supervisors to complain about delivering issues for packages that have been paid for OVERNIGHT shipping! They continue to provide false info via shipping updates. I will be forwarding a complaint via BBB since they won’t respond to any consumer complaints done within their local office or via customer service number they provide. This facility needs to be investigated thoroughly!

It’s fedex, got my package fast

I just Went to ship an item through FedEx and the guy behind the counter couldnt print the label for me. The place was not even busy at all, I left and came to UPS and they have no problem printing a label for free.

I had a slip for a missed delivery, online was told to pick up after 6pm since the office closed at 730pm. Drove there from volusia county to be told thats an estimated time and the driver wouldnt be there until 730pm (when they close). Awful service.

Went to check about a call I had gotten and the woman was rude to me and others in the office. Heaven forbid she has to do her job.

No problems, social distancing and mask regulations followed by employees and customers.

The staff here is very helpful and courteous. And they have huge patience, even when several customers are really rude, specially those who made mistakes on their packages or labels. I like using this FedEx center.

Dennis Madrid went way out of his way to get me my package. It contained surgical electrodes for a spinal tumor removal surgery in a kid. Those electrodes allow us to assess motor function during the surgery. It is a matter of this kid walking out of surgery, or spending the rest of her life in a wheel chair. Very, very grateful for his help in getting it there on time.

You have the corporate contact phone number as your contact phone number. Would be nice if you actually allowed the community to get in contact with you. You should post your local phone number as your contact number.

It would be nice if they had a direct line that was not an 800 number. When I call the 800 posted it just brings me to a general fedex customer service number and I am unable to talk to someone at this direct location to find out information about my package. I had a package requested to be held at this location so that I could pick it up and they attempted to deliver to my house anyways, and then scheduled another delivery attempt for the next day, even after I scheduled for a direct pick up at the location. Being able to talk to someone at this location directly would have made things 100% easier with less confusion,...instead of a general support employee, who is only able to tell me what I can find out through tracking my order online. I do not understand why, if locations have phones, why the do not allow their customers to contact them directly for quick easy answers....

How on earth did this location receive near the positive feedback that it has? Had it not been for clinical shipping, which forces me to use this location on this side of Central Florida, Id rather walk packages to their final destination if it were possible. How many years has this Quest Diagnostics like dump been open. As far back as I can remember. Yet they have always managed to continue staffing the front with one, only one, employee. Make matters worse, look in the back and youll always catch one or two of the employees carrying on messing with one another. Wheres a District Manager when their needed?

Their drivers are irresponsible and delivered a $600 package to the wrong address and I have contacted an attorney and what he did is a federal offense and I will be pressing charges against the driver for grand theft

By far one of many great Fedex shipping centers I have ever been to. I was treated with respect and the people at the front desk will go out their way to help. The drivers work hard and still manage to keep a smile on their face when delivering. I will forever continue to use Fedex and will recommend this location to family and friends.

Completely AWFUL!! I asked for two day and that landed on thanksgiving. they didnt start delivering until the following Monday. When I ordered I was forced to have a signature at delivery. I work 8-5 and unable to sign during the day. They left a note saying if I signed it they would leave it at my house. Well they didnt..and they get my package back to FedEx location after they are closed so I am unable to pick it up and now they are sending it back to the shipper.. I will NEVER use them again. Extremely unhelpful.

I RUN A BUSINESS, WE HAVE NOT MOVED AND WE WERE OPEN FOR BUSINESS AT THE TIME OF THE CLAIMED DELIVERY.FEDEX INFORMED THE SHIPPER THAT THEY COULD TRY TO DELIVER AGAIN TOMORROW OR COULD HOLD IT FOR PICKUP ANYTIME AFTER 3:00 P.M. THE SHIPPER INSTRUCTED THEM TO HOLD THE PACKAGE FOR ME TO PICKUP. I ARRIVED AT LONGWOOD, FL FEDEX OFFICE AT APPROXIMATELY 3:00 P.M. AFTER MUCH CONFUSION THE LADY ON THE COUNTER INFORMED ME THAT THE DRIVER WOULD NOT RETURN UNTIL SOMETIME AFTER 7:30 P.M AND THE PACKAGE WOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP TOMORROW. FEDEX MADE NO ATTEMPT TO CORRECT THE DELIVERY ERROR AND IN FACT STATED THAT IF THEY TRIED TO DELIVER AGAIN AND THE DRIVER STATED THAT WE HAD MOVE THE PACKAGE WOULD BE RETURNED TO THE SHIPPER.I HAVE CONFIRMED THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AND IT IS CORRECT AND COMPLETE. THE DRIVER SIMPLY FAILED TO DELIVER IT. FURTHER, OVER THE PAST 5 YEARS FEDEX HAS DELIVERED TO OUR ADDRESS AT LEAST 3 OR 4 TIMES EACH MONTH.

For the 2nd time, a FedEx ground shipment has been on the truck, out for delivery and failed to be delivered. As of today, 8/22/14, the package is supposed to be out for delivery once again. I guess we will wait for another day to see if a shipment that originated from Jacksonville FL to Orlando (240 miles) will ever get here. Since a change in drivers, we have experienced late afternoon deliveries instead of mid to late morning and, as I said, deliveries the following day on two occasions. The drivers comment the first time the delivery was missed was, Well, it (the package) is here now. As you may be able to tell, that comment indicated that the driver didnt give a crap that the package had been on his truck for 2 days!

If could give them no stars I would. Lazy driver ruined my sons birthday by returning his package after I called and verified my address and was guaranteed it would be delivered by 8pm. Then called and filed a complaint after I checked the tracking number and saw it was being returned to sender because the address wasnt verified ahem it was verified at 3:40pm. Got a call from Paul who left a message I promptly returned the call and I left a message. That was on Friday here it is tuesday and I have had ZERO contact with anyone at fedex. I had ordered a very important package and i had choose next day shipping, it had told me that it was being delivered at 3pm but 20 mins later it had told me the business was closed and no delivery was attempted, it has now been 4 days and i still have not received my package! RIDICULES! using UPS!

Wonderful Staff. Had to take my kids there once they were super nice.

When I showed up the office was open but there wasnt anybody up front. I had to wait in there for about 15 minutes before somebody walked in.Other than the fact I had to wait so long, once somebody was up there helping me I was out within 5 minutes.

There nice, but they charge .30 cents for a receipt to drop off Federal Express package. Only thing I did not like, receipt should be free, my opinion.

Long wait and I didn’t see where it indicated the services provided at that location. The staff was unable to help me and I had to go to another location.

My amazon PRIME packages are always delivered late. One was supposed to be delivered on a friday. It was at the facility at 7:44 am on friday. I was supposed to have it by 8 pm that night. It never came. The next day...nothing. I was finally told by the following Tuesday it would be delivered. WHAT???

Noone here wants to help. Terrible service the entire time. Others in line would agree since they were rolling their eyes when the representative was chatting with her coworker about nothing to do with work. Gotta love when you can go to a business and the workers dont help anyone else but themselves. And thank you gor deterring me from being an fedex customer.

Call the main line, that then gets in touch w/ this office and they blame not calling back on the driver that is out delivering packages. This branch in Longwood did not have a printer to print out your label from your phone it was a fiasco I had to send it to the gentleman that work there and then he it took him so long to print it out try another FedEx.

It is really bothersome and upsetting trying to get some help from this place. There is no phone number listed for this facility where there will be a human being to help you to get your package. It should be listed for customer support. The company where I order my item should use USPS or downgrading to UPS.

Very intrusive about personal information. Over priced, was cheaper to send USPS by more than 20 percent. USPS did not ask for any of the personal information that FedEx demanded to ship packages.
