I popped into this gym while on vacation needing a place to get a quick workout. This gym is excellent - brand new, super clean, machines and weights are thoughtfully organized to enable quick progression through you workout and, most importantly, large enough to avoid working out near large groups other people. William was especially thoughtful in walking me through the gyms features and pool. I would definitely join if I lived here full time.

Actively have been using this gym last few months and by god, worth every penny. The facility is well maintained and cleaned thoroughly throughout the day. The professionalism is outstanding. Went a little hard the other day and my stomach didnt agree with me.The staff was discreet and still very respectful. A staff member named April cleaned the mess up and to my surprise, was still filled with welcoming energy and excellent guest relations.

The longwood facility. is great. However, almost every other week, there is no soap in the showers for days. After informing the personnel, they always indicate that they are out of soap. You would think that after many complaints, they would increase their maintenance budget and order more soap.

Best LA Fitness Ive been to! They have an astroturf training area, brand new and clean equipment and it has a very modern layout. If this is the new LAF design, Im not even interested in checking out the many new competitors that are popping up all over, except those new places are significantly less expensive...If your near this area, you must check this location out! You will be pleasantly surprised 😉

The astroturf area is the best part of the gym.

Smaller club, smaller pool but much much cleaner overall compared to some larger locations that has already transitioned to Esporta

I never been to an LA fitness they definitely won me over being that was the only gym open right after covid, they have been doing all the safe protocols the sauna room is a great plus for me after workouts. personal trainer Vincent is awesome trainer can help for sure get to your goal. 💪 Kyle also great knows his stuff on plan you to get you where you need to be . the staff is overall good.🙌🏼

I like this location a lot. Its clean most of the time and the staff is pretty cool although theyre really pushy about trying to get you to sign up even if they know youre coming in on a family member or friends guest pass. Id recommend this gym to anyone looking for a new one.

Great place to workout, but member should remember to clean after using each equipment. I have seen a lot that do not.

Very clean, and every time I go I feel very comfortable because everyones just doing there own thing.

I love this gym. They truly go above and beyond to create a space that is fun and safe to workout. They also exceed expectations when it comes to cleanliness. Especially during these times.

Awesome gym in general. Includes pool, turf with its on HIIT section, sauna, and plenty of different equipment for power lifting or regular weight training so versatility is a given. That being said, the staff can be somewhat lackluster in comparison. Ive heard several complaints about certain individuals acting inappropriately and have experienced some attitude my way. I personally dont think it detracts too much from the experience though :)

Incredible staff, clean with plenty of equipment and classes. I prefer this gym over Lake Mary because it always has equipment available when I go there.

Really nice fitness and conditioning facility with brand new equipment, an indoor pool, and studios for HIIT by LAF and other popular group exercise classes. I really love working out and coaching classes there!

This is a nice gym, but I am disappointed that they have very limited and loose precautions against COVID-19. Most people do not use the disinfectant sprays they provide and walk around without their masks on. I do my part and disinfect everything before and after my workout, but there should be no space for people who are not considerate of others, particularly during a pandemic.

New facilities, has functional training. They do not have the spray bottles set out like they used to.....

The amount of times I had to say no to your sales person was extremely uncomfortable. They undermine you in any way possible, guilt trip you into signing up and try very petty sales techniques to convince you to sign up. They need to learn how to respect what the clients will tell them they need to do. If I am scouting out gyms and this is the first one I visit first, I am not ready to sing up.

This facility may have great equipment and be really clean, but the staff is extremely unfriendly. I walked into today(non-busy time) and no one acknowledge my entering or leaving. My business did not count.

Tania W. the operations manager at this location is completely neglectful and irresponsible. Very unprofessional and refuses to speak to guests. The entire facility as a whole is extremely neglectful and I would not recommend visiting this facility. Save your coins.

Clean, lots of equipment, too expensive, showers not private or spacious. Needs to be open 24 /7 for the price you pay

Great equipment in the functional fitness or sports performance categories not commonly found at older locations. Sleds, tires, kettlebells, TRX, squat racks with olympic lifting platforms & bumper plates (although they dont allow dropping the bar with bumper plates - go figure). Plus all the old standbys.

I had a fast easy experience I only used the stair climber there was no one else on it I sprayed it down with the bottles left up front side note I dont like the LA Fitness app thats why Im not holding it against this location I dont like that the LA Fitness app needs my GPS on my phone.

Very clean, good air circulation, good equipment. While waiting for my partner to finish his set, I was very politely reminded to wear my mask when not on a machine - it’s nice to see rules being enforced.

This is the LA fitness i frequent most, and its my favorite because the new equipment and its usualky very clean. While most of the staff is great and friendly, management is often rude. I understand its a stressful time especially in the health-centered industry however they seem overwhelmed or unprepared at times. Still the nicest LA at the moment though.Update: Ive since seen 2 groups of 4 or more people quit. Sometimes it feels like staff is more concernrd with getting in trouble then making a positve guest experience. They make it difficult to use specialized equipment and even turn the lights off at night to rush out guests( this is apparently a corporate policy). Ive also watched management after being notified, ignore someone bleeding all over a deadlifting bar leaving staff to figure out how to handle the situation. They also will not provide a mask if you are without.

Literal Thieves. Kept taking money out of my account after specifically (on two separate occasions) telling me that I didn’t need to cancel because it would stop after six months of training. Turns out I did. Don’t trust a word they say!!!

Been there a little over a week now...and Love it!!!Has an amazing turf section, a sled, 3 tire sizes, and multiple racks for power lifting!

For sure a home away from home.Seems that the janitoral staff have been kicking it into high gear the past bit, out of all the LA Fitnesss in the area this one is for sure the cleanest, I go out of my way to come to this one because of the cleanliness. Always someone cleaning and if you ask someone to replace something they do it within a timely manner :)

Denton and Kendall, front desk, are very unprofessional. I felt attacked and harassed today. I had asked for a paper mask since my ear strap broke on mine, instead of assisting they yelled at me.Recommend having paper ones to sell for a $1.00, instead of attacking clients for a mistake.

Nice gym with a decent range of equipment, and a nice Astro turf area. Some downsides are that staff can be unprofessional and rude in certain instances, and I am not sure who thought of the gym hours. On weekends it closes at 5 which is terrible and even 8 on the weekdays is very unreliable and not convenient for many people.

Trying to cancel my membership. Called local location as I could not get my member# to go thru to print the cancellation notice. The man could not get it to go thru either, said I needed to call the california number. I called at 10 am since they are on PST, been on hold over an hour now. Totally totally unacceptable. I have to cancel this membership. And have no where to turn. Extremely unprofessional.

When you enroll they claim they dont charge a deposit. They charge my wife 49 for the annual fee. Two months later she got charge 49 more for the annual fee. She went to ask and they said the first fee was initiation fee or whatever. Check what you sign because she was never told about all this fees

Very disappointing experience - this morning, the paper towel holder next to the cardio was empty. I spoke to the maintenance person and they said yeah i know, i have about 17 things to do and will get to it in a few minutes. Very hard to clean off your machine after doing cardio with no towels - maybe there should be 2 machines or 2 maintenance people.
