At first we must admit we were skeptical about this service to fill in all the cracks in our Travetine Tile throughout the house but what a pleasant surprise at the results. Not only can’t you tell where the cracks were filled ( and there were plenty of them) but the floors shinned like marble ( and still do one year later ). We will have them back for maintenance and polish. Highly recommend this company. Worth every penny and nice to work with

Not only do they do outstanding work but they are a pleasure to work with. I had a lot of questions, which they answered until I was comfortable with the process. I was really impressed with Rachel in the office. She was fast, efficient and really on the ball. I liked how fast they scheduled the service and sent someone out. The first technician was really helpful in that he found a few small areas I had not noticed and filled them in. My issue was that he used white epoxy on gray tile. It was neither colored or textured to match what was existing. They were incredible professional and responsive when I called back. Very impressive customer service. The second technician came out quickly to fix the issue. He got a good match on the color, but it is still not textured to match the rest of the floor. With the good color match it is far less noticeable, but still there.I had a hard time picking a number of stars for this review. The office staff is five star all the way, as is the responsiveness to customer service issues. The first repair was unacceptable, but everyone has a bad day sometimes. The responsiveness to the issue was perfect. The second technician was communicative and sent pictures because I was not home. I am happy with the match of color, but disappointed with the lack of texturing. However, I have never had a tile repair before some maybe my expectations were too high? It was good enough.

Cleaned tile and grout in my shower. I was disappointed in the result. They then added a grout coloring that worked very well, and left me with a satisfied result. They wanted to be sure they had a happy customer, so their prompt response and solution was great.

From the beginning of my inquiry with Clean Image, The entire Team was wonderful, extremely helpful and very professional. I used Clean Image to seal my new travertine pool deck. Carl walked me through the entire process, answered every question I had and even then some. Rachel at the office is very patient and has great customer service acumen! She is also very knowledgeable about the services offered and empowered to ensure customers’ needs are addressed. The company was very responsive at every step including providing the quote, to providing videos and information on their product and services. On the day of the appointment, they called and texted when they were in route and the arrived promptly. A crew of 3 arrived, including the owner, Carl-I was very impressed by this. Before they began, they evaluated the decking and provided feedback on the stone and again walked me through the process. They got started right away and worked non-stop to get the job finished. Unfortunately, they were faced with several obstacles, Thunderstorms looked to be rooling in earlier than forecasted, implicitly stated in the contract not to do was to schedule landscapers, not only did they show up and start cutting grass around the pool, the also, they were throwing mulch all around the pool enclosure causing complications. The Clean Image Team managed and overcame all over these issues. The end result of the service and product was simply amazing! Not only did Carl provide his scientific (I think he truly is a Rock Scientist) opinion that the stone is likely not travertine and more closer to granite with a fired finished or better. Regardless, they created an outdoor living area that is stunning and we cant thank them enough!About 3-4 weeks after they completed the job, there was some remanence of the sealer on the cooping tile that my pool service company had attempted to remove, however they were unsuccessful. So, I reached out to Clean Image, within 2 days Josh came out and meticulously scrapped off the tiles to ensure there was nothing remaining. I have over 6,000 square feet of outdoor travertine that looked like a discovered Roman ruin. Clean Image repaired it, restored it and sealed it exactly as they promised. It literally looks better, and is better, than the day it was installed. And the peropel from office to the field are friendly, timely and professional.

Really hard to say anything bad about the owners of this company as I used them in the past and have done excellent work. Seems like as they have grown over the years, a service now took my call. This was followed by a quote hundreds more than last time which then it was double from the time before. Even after the extra money was agreed upon, the crew that showed to do the job reminded me of used car salesman as they tried to bump the price twice in the first few minutes. I needed my floor done but not with these tactics, only wish I had the same service Carl provided me 10 years ago.

I agreed to the work, and the job was scheduled and the young lady in the office was responsive and confirmed the appointment even having the crew call me en route to my house. To my surprise, Michael Porter showed up with a co-worker (I forgot his name, sorry) and they were done in about two hours. This company did a wonderful job in restoring my terrazzo floors. When I purchased my home, it had peel & stick vinyl throughout the floors. The glue had stained the terazzo and the glue was difficult to remove. Clean Image of Orlando, did an amazing job with the stains and the end result of my floors. I couldnt be happier. Extremely impressed! I had my bathroom remodeled 4 years ago with a expensive stone and slate only to find all the slate stone in my shower to be covered in hard water and looking gruesome. I thought I may have to spend thousands of dollars replacing the entire shower floor. The team was extremely thorough. Was wondering if I had to replace my travertine stone which would have been cost prohibitive. Once I refurbished around it, the dirt and grime really stood out. I learned about restoration and Clean Image literally made my stone like new again. It was a very difficult job, and the final finishing was not quite right. The owner came out himself and finished it to my complete satisfaction. Great job and I would refer them to anyone who is looking to change their tiles because of appearance. They worked magic.

Karl is the best. He and his crew made our tile and grout sparkly clean. Note that I had another reputable company come out a few days ago to steam clean the tile and they claimed they couldn’t get the grout completely clean even after three or four rounds of spraying and scrubbing. They kept pushing for sealing the grout at a higher price. I am so glad I found Clean Image. They made the previously dirty grout white. They got the rust stains off the tile which the other company claimed they already did everything they could. The magic doesn’t stop there. Karl custom-blended a color sealant to achieve a monolithic look for the floor. Top quality work and great customer service at a fair price. I highly recommend Clean Image!

We recently had marble floors installed and they needed to be polished due to surface scratches and staining mostly due to installation. Clean Image was one of a few that were highly rated and they lived up to the rating. We would highly recommend them. They did a great job on our marble floors and they had great advice on how to maintain them. Great Job Clean Image!!

Gave a wonderful description on process before booking and payment. Did not complete the cleaning process as described and left dirty grout lines sealed dirty.Demanded immediate payment regardless of my dissatisfaction, payed them in full to be done with them. Will never use again.Changed my original offer from turbo clean to a wipe clean and never noticed, will read contract in detail next time and not trust someone’s word. Im sure they will contest this but people should do what they say and not paperwork after the fact. They offered nothing to rectify my concerns.

Im extremely disappointed. My floors look worse than before! I hired clean image of Orlando to clean and seal my travertine floors. I had my floors re-grouted the week before they arrived so my floors/grout would be nicely cleaned & sealed. Even though the new grout didnt need cleaned, I was looking forward to having it sealed. My floors were previously semi-shiny. During the consultation, I was asked if I wanted my floors shiny and I said, I would like them how they are now. They did not bother to tell me that the cleaning would completely strip the shine off my floors and change the color of my NEW sand colored grout to gray. Had I known that, I would have asked to have my floors polish as well . It makes me wonder what chemicals they are using. SO DISAPPOINTED! Shame on me for not being more knowledgeable and relying on experts. If youre looking for a professionals guidance/expertise - look else where. Now I will be looking for a company to fix their mess.

This is a very professionally run company & we are very happy with their service. Our entire experience, from the initial call to schedule an estimate, through the actual performance of the work was seamless & we got excellent service. Their personnel were friendly, attentive & professional, arrived on time & worked diligently. We had them clean, fill & polish travertine tile in 2 bathroom floors & showers & our kitchen & could not be happier with the results. They were able to repair several significant settling cracks which make the floors look brand new. I thought that their price was very fair for the amount of work involved. Definitely going to have them back to address some additional tile areas in a couple months.

I just moved into a home that had filthy limestone flooring that had not been professionally cleaned for years. The coral stone fireplaces had such bad soot stains on all three of them that they were black.Joseph and Jason came by and did an outstanding job. They did a thorough cleaning, filling, buffing and sealing so that it all looks almost brand-new! It was well worth the time and trouble I took to have it done and saved me the price of a new installation of flooring.I found the price fair and the customer service and quality of the people that were in my home top-notch. This is a wonderful company with which to work. I talked to Carrie and got a quick appointment for an estimate. The work was quickly scheduled thereafter. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They did a beautiful job on my travertine around my pool. Cleaned and sealed. They applied a grit to the surface so that my little ones wont fall around the pool with wet feet. Three years ago I had a different company come in to fix some cracks in our Travertine tile and the repair looked worse than the original. They promised to use fans so the chemical smell would be gone asap since I have a baby at home. I left them with someone watching the house since I have to leave home with the baby. Came back home 2 days later with a terrible chemical smell and I was informed that they didnt use any fans while they were here. They dont deliver what they promised. Not to mention that the guy had an attitude.
