If i could give this lower ratings then i would.Oralia Brooks made me lose a job. She emailed me and asked when i could start. I had told her i could start ASAP. Two days later she emailed me again, asking when i could start. Again, i said ASAP. Two more days later she asked when i could start. At this point, it felt like a big scam. I bluntly stated i could work asap and that all i would need is a time and date. One week went by and then she emailed me at 10pm. She asked if i could start work the next day at 7am then told me to wear clothes. Not any specific type, just clothes. I show up after staying up all night only to be turned away because i wasnt wearing a black collared shirt. I get a second chance however, so i wasnt too mad at this point. The next day, i was told Oralia should have said the position i was gunning for was filled. I looked, and nothing from her.I wasted time, energy and gas on a goose chase! I wish i could sue this joke of a company for i am already in a bad situation and they MADE IT WORSE. They need to fire Oralia Brooks and compensate me for lying to me and jerking me around! Never do business with this company if you are looking to outsource your hiring process to another company. Avoid this like the plague if you are looking for work.Anything tied to this name is bound to be a scam, or an experience like mine.

I am leaving a review because me and other employees have had a horrible experience with their company. As it is a a staffing company, I understand everyone’s main contact could differ. But for me, I’m based out of Seattle and my contact travels to accommodate staffing here. I had been “hired” in October, supposed to start November 4th and didn’t even begin until November 11th. I applied to a very specific post looking for bar tenders (beer/wine) and (full bar). We were promised many times that we would work that and be inside the club level location. Neither of these could be promised. I showed up November 4 th expecting to be at a bar and was thrown into a concession type. Going in to the unknown I was cat called, had vulgar remarks and had no idea where I was going. It was a nightmare and uncomfortable to say the least. I informed the lady and left. The next event, I decided to give it another go. I worked in a beer and wine stand and truly enjoyed myself. But the hassle it was to be placed in there was a nightmare. Other people took our assigned locations and we had to walk all over the stadium multiple times to get it figured out. But eventually began working after the longest run around. Then this past Monday night, was the straw the broke the camels back. Me and another coworker showed up to work an event and was assigned to a full blown consession stand full of SO MANY food option and two beer tabs. This was frustrating. Not only were we promised this wouldn’t happen, many emails, and text messages, and phone call later were we informed that would not be the case. Well it was. They throw you where ever even when we were advertised for bartending. We informed her that she promised this wouldn’t happen and she knew that’s where we were placed. She told us to return and she would come find us. Well we began doing the paperwork and starting the sign in process. I tried to call our leader MULTIPLE times and her phone was dead. (Which happened every event) so reaching her was impossible. My coworker and I decided to go find her because the beer stand directly across from us had three open cashiers but we were sluffed off. As we walked to locate her she informed us she came to find us and had a stand for the both of us. She then said she had to give them away instead of texting or calling us to figure where we were. Then she received a call that they had two locations but were not together mind you all the promises, all the garuntees ... she said we would be together and at that point the coworker I was with had felt extremely uncomfortable because the circumstances, the promises, and the idea of what we were going to actually be doing was misconstrued and a gimmick to just get bodies instead of hiring us and placing us to our applications. She then informed us we were not allowed to come back and work because of this, room our bracelets, and deleted us off social media all within 24 hours. She wasn’t understanding that I drove the other person and her not wanting to work resulted in me having to follow and because of it she didn’t even care. This was a complete waste of time and many people have had issues such as this. It’s very unprofessional and ridiculous. I feel offended that I was just a number on spread sheet and all of our communications were lies and and way to keep us locked in. If you’re in the Seattle area, I’d avoid this company.
