Amazing company! Great people who work here. Super friendly! Transported me to my doctors appointment and the ride was enjoyable. Definitely recommend them over any other company to others. Ill definitely consider asking them again for my next transportation.

I highly recommend this company. The staff is courteous and patient. They are well worth the price because they came right away to transmit my mom from the hospital to her home when we had to make an immediate decision on how to get her home when she was not strong enough to climb into her SUV. The driver John was very helpful and patient and drove carefully, which was important. Thank you Patient Care Transport!

NO stars for a company that would contract and charge for a round trip in a wheel chair van for an 86 year old woman to visit the Dentist.And then NOT ANSWER a call for the pick up to return her to assisted living. They never showed up, the Dentist closed and my daughter had to come and help me transfer her into her little car. It is now 7pm and I have still not heard from them after 6 calls with voice messages.I will post this incident everywhere I can. Unless the driver and everyone who works at this company is dead, there is no excuse for this behavior.
