Unreal experience. My neighbor referred me to this company stating his overall quality experience dealing with this company.Okay, so I contact them and provide my neighbors name and the fact that we live in a new neighborhood.An easy Tesla charger install.Well, i was told I need to complete a form-This is on a Friday. I provided my email. No form- not in junk either. I call on Monday and receive the form. I complete the form and send request photos. Nothing. I call the sales guy to let him know his disclaimer of starting price is $200 more than my neighbors. He gives me the runaround and states he will see what he can do and here it is end of day no quote. Btw-Was told an opening was available the following Friday.Now because of their lack of response I am told it could be three weeks.No thanks! I will take my business elsewhere.

I just had you install my Sun Power Solar System yesterday and I wanted to saw how professional and hardworking the crew was. There were six guys that came and installed 27 panels and all of the electrical work and completed all in one day. They were friendly to talk to, and they showed me what each system part was for. The crew all showed up on time, made sure everything was cleaned up and all trash removed. I am just glad it was a cool and cloudy day for them to work in.

15 Light Years was so terrific to work with as they sold me my Solar system from the sales to the installation and after when needing further documentation for my taxes and re-fi loan! They worked to quickly answer all my questions and get me the information I needed rapidly. The guys installing the system were so professional and worked skillfully to get the job done within two days and then my inspection came and I was making electricity within about 3 days! Thank You all at 15 Light Years!

I have been a trade partner of All Elements and 15 Light Years for over 6 years now and have never had a better experience. The solar panels have been installed for a few months now. All they need to do is have them inspected. They cant seem do get an inspector to OK them so we can have them turned on. If they cant seen to make it work with this inspector, get another one. Whats the problem???

Were a development company with emphasis on DOE ZERO and ZERH construction. We were looking for an Energy Rating Company who could provide advice and DOE ratings upon completion of our projects. We interviewed several companies and finally came across highly rated 15 Lightyearss Tim Smith. What a find. Knowledgeable, cooperative, pro-active, helpful at every stage of the design, build and rating process. The project returned only an acceptable rating due to matters beyond our direct control and despite Tims very best efforts to educate the reluctant builder. Recently, the AC went out in a room in which I have several pieces of very expensive equipment. I called All Elements and they were able to get a tech out and got that AC up and running within just a couple of hours. They really saved the day. I called them back in a couple of days later to optimize the AC loading for the entire facility. They showed up on time, got the work done quickly and efficiently and did more than I expected for less than I expected to pay. Big thanks to Gary and the entire team at All Elements!

In July, my air conditioning broke and I called All Elements Mechanical. The technician did an excellent job of assessing the problem and making the repair, all at a reasonable price. Best of all, my wife was comfortable with All Elements technician in the house with our 2 young children. Overall, a great experience.

I had All Elements out to the house for an inspection. They gave me an estimate on the work.We then had them back out and they did a great job. They found a few problems and corrected them. Great company, I will use them again.

My AC was running all the time, and it is fairly new. I had a few HVAC companies look at it and they said they couldnt find the problem. Well, All Elements Mechanical found the problem. They took their time and tested all the vents, went in the attic, and now it runs less and my electric bill is down. Even the owner was involved. I highly recommend them and believe me they are the only HVAC company I will ever call. I wish I had known about them before I had my AC replaced. I would have saved money and had fewer headaches.

Just switched my service over to this Co., the service tech seemed very knowledgeable, wore booties into the house to keep the carpet clean, got my air cooling again, and the price to me was very resonable for the service, would refer them to all my friends

10/10/2012: Called these guys on a Friday at 330PM and they squeezed me in the same day. They actually installed a new unit for me 4 months ago so it was under warranty, but the service call turned out to be total user error. There was no charge even though my ingorance shouldnt normally be covered by ANY sort of warranty. Thanks Robert and Gary!!!1/07/2014: Just called them out yet again in a super tight situation!! My rental house had no heat on the coldest day of the year so far. They sent a guy out on the same day and got the unit up and running. No extra charge for the same day service either. Whooo.
