Wonderful Experience. Booking was easy and communication was great. Clean force showed up on time for scheduled appointment . Went above and beyond on the areas of concerns and left my home nicely cleaned. The rates are very reasonable. Nelson And Kathy were very friendly, professional and worked in a timely manner. Scheduling the appointment was really easy! And my favorite part was that all of my questions were answered with a few hours! Leigh-Ann came to help me out and she arrived on-time despite the fact that she was in a car accident the day before! She was seriously dedicated to what she was doing, took her time and our house looks absolutely amazing!I was nervous about having my kids in the house while it was getting cleaned but she was polite, gentle and friendly that my kids couldn’t resist trying to sneak off and play with her. She founded places in our home that have been neglected for weeks, and I just can’t stop smiling! Our home looks brand spanking new!!I definitely recommend Clean Force of Florida! And the price was amazing!

Clean Force of Florida has been a great biweekly tool for me!! Owner and staff are very responsive, had a small issue with first few cleanings and they were immediately addressed! If anything should come up they communicate that to you and provide you options that work for you as the customer. Great experience, not too expensive, and definitely worth it!!!

LeeAnn is amazing! We just launched our vacation home from out of state, and I was really worried about getting the house ready without being able to be there in person. LeeAnn communicated quickly and clearly to get things ready and in pristine condition. She’s honestly the first person we hired in the county who has real initiative, and we have hired over a dozen companies through the remodel process. She goes above and beyond what she’s actually asked to do.

This is such an easy task. I’m happy to give a list of over-the-top superlative words to describe my experience with Clean Force. Their work ethic, skills and professional approach are indeed over-the-top and of the highest caliber. Without any hesitation they have earned the highest marks I can imagine.In terms of appointments, they arrive on time with all necessary equipment in hand. If life has thrown a curve ball into plans... theirs or mine...there is a dedicated way to get in touch with them who can give an immediate response. So far Nelson and Catherine have been the people with whom I’ve worked. They have come with a “CAN DO” attitude that absolves you and softens any shame of having allowed your home to evolve into such turmoil.You can either direct them them to the area that needs immediate attention according to your needs or allow them to create a plan of action. In my case I returned home after nearly four months in two hospitals and two nursing homes recovering from surgery, sepsis, Covid, both A -Fib and a DVT - two of the more permanent “gifts” left after sepsis...and even more. I wished my bedroom and bathroom to return to a pristine state first...and that they did!Shelf stable food that was long expired needed to be disposed. The refrigerator was hosting several science projects. Cathy and Nelson rolled up their sleeves and waded right in leaving a spotless fridge for me to enjoy a d easily maintain.They are still working for me with my home a work in progress. Master bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchen and dining area are now sparkling, uncluttered and a sterling result of their dedicated professional cleaning skills. I would HIGHLY recommend Clean Forcebased on my experience. The friend who recommended them was also well satisfied with their work and has used them on several occasions...currently on a weekly maintenance basis while she prepares to list her house and sell it. Her two puppies don’t wipe their feet at the door no matter how many times you ask them.Two of the questions that arose for me in this current world of acute stress and real as well as imagined danger for everyone is “Will I be safe? and “Can I trust these people whom I am inviting into my home?”Well...the answers came quickly. Not only do I walk away from them while they work and sit elsewhere (typically I am busily directing EVERY aspect of EVERYthing in my life) leaving them to work independently after I have shared a few requests, but I have come to find paper money and coins among other things uncovered in their work left out for me to recover. It is easy to say I not only respect their work and their persons, I appreciate their efforts and trust them implicitly.They finish what they start even when the job is large. Jobs might be broken down into pieces but when they leave you will clearly see where they’ll begin when they return. No mystery there.They bring their own garbage bags for toss aways and garbage and haul those bags out of the house to the garbage and recycle bins. If there is anything negative to say about Clean Force it’s that you might just need to find new neighbors or friends with lightly filled bins who don’t mind you depositing a bag or two. LOL It is amazing to recognize how I had gone “blind” to seeing what clearly needed disposing because I just did not have the strength to do so.Once the job of re-organizing, simplifying and cleaning my home is finished and it is returned to its former harmony, I intend to continue with them on a regular basis to maintain the re-discovered level of order and cleanliness. I’m not sure there is any job they could not tackle and in the end do exceedingly well. In my opinion, Clean Force is a skilled FORCE with which to be reckoned. I highly recommend them without hesitation and with no limitations.

This is one of the best housecleaning experiences I have ever had! Being disabled, I have needed help keeping the house clean at times. This company went above and beyond what I usually experience. They were thorough & detailed in their cleaning. They truly did provide that military attention-to-detail that the clean freak in me loves. My room usually gets the least care due to time constraints & my room usually getting done last, but they didnt hold back. My room and bathroom are just as immaculate as the rest of the house... We had ordered the move in special since we were getting ready to move into our new home and it included the deep clean. We also needed it because 360 Painting of Orlando left a huge mess in our home (thats a whole other story). We also ordered some additional add-ons like wet wipping the blinds. We were asked to send in photos. The photos showed the giant bookcase that we have and the high windows and blinds. They brought a step stool. We were informed when they showed up that they couldnt do those areas. Had we have known, we wouldve booked with someone else who could clean those areas. They got up the mess that the painters left but managed to miss the entire kitchen, fans, chandeliers, shower, and tub. There was still dog hair in the carpet, they didnt do the bookcase at all (not even the shelves they could reach), the blinds in the tall windows were half done. They were here for 7hrs while my partner was on works calls on the porch. We arent sure what they did during this time. We ended up getting a full refund since they are booked out 2 weeks. So we are now having to clean the entire house ourselves and keep finding more and more areas that they never touched (bathroom cabinets, around the mirrors, blinds werent even wet wiped very good, pantry, dead bugs and crumbs in cabinets, and outside of cabinets). I wouldnt recommend this company at all.
