This place is AMAZING!!! the ONLY place that I trust with my sons car. These men are very gifted with what they can do with any car. I will always take my cars to Jarrett and his crew and no one lese. Very reasonable family prices and he even takes pictures of the broken parts for you to see and what was fixed. No other place can match the services, time frame and quality of work that they give.

Kept my car for over 5 months, refused to return it, doesnt answer phone calls, beats around the bush about when your vehicle will be ready, painted my door a color that does not match the paint on my car, charged for new parts and gave me old used parts, put side fenders on my car that do not fit correctly. By far the worst experience ever, i do not recommend this car shop not even to my worst enemy. Go anywhere but here. Worst part is my car was returned with an engine light on which was not the case prior to taking my car there. I also got my car back with no turning signals and did not even return them to me. This shop is a complete robbery. Also charged an 500 per wheel to repair my rims and never did them but kept the money. Any positive review such as dragon detailing are friends of his so dont be fooled.

Ive been taking my cars to get worked by Jarrett over the past few years. He always goes above and beyond to make sure that he delivers the highest quality product. Ive never had any complaints. He puts up with my pickiness and his attention to detail always amazes me. This is the reason why I always come back. A+ Shop.

Best shop in Central FL! I have been going here for a year for all my work. From bagging my 2020 charger to customizing my wrangler rubicon Jarrett has always taken care of business in a honest and respectful way. Even last minute appointments when I have needed them. This is the only shop I would trust for an honest price and work on my toys. Give them a shot and you won’t be disappointed.

I have a 2017 M3 that I purchased used. Although the car had 30K miles on it, the front bumper and fenders were littered with rock chips. Otherwise, the car was in great condition. I couldn’t get over the chips so I searched for someone who could fix it. My brother recommended DarkMatter after they did an immaculate job matching the paint of a new carbon fiber good he purchased for his 911 GT3. I took it in to respray the front bumper, fix the rear quarter panels, add and paint a front splitter, install springs, and a short shifter. I received the car yesterday and am impressed with the quality of the work. The paint matches perfectly and the chips are virtually gone! I’ll be returning to DarkMatter next month for some follow up work. Highly recommend this shop and the owner Jarrett!

Best way to describe DarkMatter Designs is that they are the 5 star hotel for cars. Unbelievable service from the moment your car arrives till it leaves and even after it’s gone. A true professional Jarrett can make anything you want a reality. Fortunately for me I met him through hard park performance who originally built my car and well after spending 43k with hard park I got a car that wasn’t finished. The suspension, body and even engine had parts installed wrong as if amateur did the work. DarkMatter Design fixed my air suspension “which rides insane now after Jarrett did his magic work” fixed the body work and even engine mods a TRUE ONE STOP SHOP! I’ll never go anywhere else for my cars even if someone offered to do the work for free because your car deserves the best top Quality work done to it and you CANT get that anywhere else but at DarkMatter Designs.

Dropped my car off for subframe connectors, upper and lower torque boxes, tube front end and a rust repair in the trunk. My car was in this shop for about 8 months. I was told this was a very easy and straight forward job which would only take a week or two tops. The issue was my car went for months at a time without being touched. It got so frustrating that I started doing work on the car myself in the shop. I found out from an employee who works there that my car wasn’t touched until the last minute when I was supposed to pick it up. Because of this there was several things which were not completed at all and a lot of things which were done completely wrong. I explained exactly what was needed to be done and I wasn’t surprised that it was over looked because the car was there for so long. Also the agreed upon amount was more than doubled. We did ad a few things to the build but not enough to justify this amount. I asked several times how much extra we would be at for the added work and he said he would have to figure it out. He never discussed the amount and performed the work without an agreement on funds. I felt that I was taken advantage of and it was not fair to me to perform the work without giving a price.

I have been dealing with Jarrett Dark Matter Designs for a little over 6 months now and every time the quality, professionalism, honesty, attention to details, value and customer experience has always been above and beyond! My go to shop for airlift and any paint work. They go above and beyond to help out there customer even after instillation is done. Go see these guys they won’t disappoint.

Dark Matter Designs has been the ONLY shop i have been able to trust since moving down from new york. They were able to paint match my custom paint from a shop up north that refused to work with them, Owner Jarrett was able to match it perfectly without help. Jarrett has worked on my car Aimlessly and knows the quality i ask for and this is the reason i trust him. Everything i have needed done from a full carbon fiber roof install, to paint matching has been a complete success. it Ironic all the negative reviews are from 4 weeks ago from a group of buddies with subpar fitting widebody kits that the owner of the shop was able to fit perfectly. He was worked on several of my cars and ill be back without a negative thought.

This is a nice company to get your air suspension installed, I went there almost a year ago to get my air suspension installed and they did a wonderful job doing it, I’ve had 0 issues, Dark Matter Designs is one of the best in the game for custom builds, I recommend anyone that’s going for a build to take there car over there!!!

Brought my Truck here to have fender liners made for the front wheel wells on my Diberti Widebody. He toldMe it was simple and would be done in less than a week.A week and a half later he stillHadn’t touched it. I then checked my GPS and saw that he was driving it everywhere I dropped it off on a full tank of E85 and was empty when I picked it up. Had he put regular gas in it he would have damaged it.I ended up picking this up with nothing done. I honestly was more in shock That he chose to drive my vehicle all Over town as if it was his own.

Poor communication and didn’t tell me that work was done till I went to pick up the vehicle. Went in for a frame notch and custom exhaust which I was told would only take 2 days but then took a week. Was also told because I had to wait for the exhaust that I would be given a discount just be charged the same price I was originally given. He also talks bad about his customs while doing the work and daily’s their vehicles. I would not recommend this shop to anyone

I used Dark Matter Designs to paint a customers vehicle I decided to allow him to take the entire project of installing the Widebody and painting a Shelby GT350. The vehicle was dropped off end of july and I picked it up In November unfinished the vehicle was promised to be done in 4 to 5 weeks we have the benefit of the doubt and kept allowing him to extend the time frame until the customer was getting too upset for me to allow him to keep the vehicle any longer. Most of the kit was painted but there were runs in the side skirts and the front bumper caps were cut into so many pieces they were unusable we had to order new body kit parts to replace the damaged ones with no reimbursement for the damaged parts. He decided to contact my customer even after removing the vehicle to harass him for answers as to why vehicle was removed. I believe waiting nearly 4 months for an unfinished product is answers enough. If I can find a way to post pictures I will I have plenty of all the damaged parts and messages toMy customer. I definitely would not partner with them on any projects in the future

Excellent workmanship, great communication, & great prices.

I highly recommended him, we sent him a lot of work and we watched his quality decline over time. We worked very hard to send him work and felt like the relationship was good. Unfortunately when I had my personal car worked on I was very disappointed with the outcome. Also The last few cars I sent to him the quality was not very good. If you want to be messed around with your time and money that’s up to you but we had to cut that off.
