Great customer service, quick and efficient

Cortes Towing was the Rotational Towing at the time of my accident on I4. FHP dispatched them. They have been helpful and cooperative while going thru the insurance claims and investigations. Easy to get to but parking is minimal/odd.

From start to finish, I had a pleasant experience. On the phone and in person-very nice people and courteous. It sucks when your car gets towed, but it doesnt suck as bad when you deal with nice people. The man I talked to was very helpful on the phone. He was upfront about all of the charges and what I needed to pick up my car. The place is really small, so you will probably drive right by like I did and the place itself looks kind of shady...but it is right next to the train tracks so that might be a reason.

Never had service from here but your driver who was driving truck 88 on July 23rd at 3:36 almost rear ended my aunt at a red light. If we wouldn’t of scooted up to someone else’s bumper he would of hit us. Teach your drivers how to stop farther back since they can’t stop on a dime.

Best experience I have ever had in a tough situation. Stephanie was fantastic and really helped out. Very nice and understanding

Our work truck was stolen and towed to this yard. Called the tow yard and was told that they cant tell me if the truck is there. Call back on Monday. Good luck

Called on the phone regarding a piece of historic light pole base that was impaled into a car from an accident. They were helpful in trying to located the 2 inch by 3 inch piece so we could repair the base. Very kind and professional.

Took my truck while i was dazed with a concussion from my car accident to clear traffic and then kept my truck because i didnt pay
